With the development of modern industry,pipes are widely used as the basic components of liquid power transmission and control in such industries as petroleum,chemical engineering,civil engineering,nuclear energy,aerospace,etc.which makes the pipes more and more important.The power source inevitably produces pressure pulsation,which causes pipe vibration and when the excitation frequency is close to the natural frequency of the pipe,a resonance phenomenon occurs.The pipe's strong vibration not only affects the normal operation of the pipe,but causes serious damage to the pipe system,which may lead to a major accident.It is a very economical topic to study the anti-vibration analysis and design of pipes,to pre-warn the risks and to ensure the safe operation of pipe system under vibration.Section A Pressure pipe analysis and evaluation based on the measured vibration.According to the vibration of the pressure pipe measured on site,the basic characteristics of the vibration are defined;the vibration is theoretically analyzed based on the continuous body vibration theory to determine the main control factors of the vibration;and the failure mechanism of the piping system under the vibration is analyzed to propose the main failure indicators and criteria.Section B Establishment of a mechanical vibration model of the piping system.Based on the actually measured vibration,a mechanical vibration model of the steam piping system was established,including the force analysis,frequency calculation and numerical simulation of the unit piping structure;and further study was conducted on the looseness of the pipe flange under vibration to establish the mechanical model of the flange looseness under vibration.Section C Study on the process and method of vibration analysis of pressure piping systems.The mechanical analysis model.of vibration source-piping-flange was established based on the understanding of excitation and pipe structure to propose the vibration analysis flow of pressure pipe;and the fatigue analysis method of pipe was given.Section D Study on the vibration control strategy of pressure pipes.Based on the above theoretical analysis,corresponding effective measures to eliminate or reduce vibrations of pressure pipes are proposed.The effectiveness of vibration control strategies is verified through actual measurements.
