The Successful Management System Of Chinese Construction Projects In Bangladesh

In the last few decade constructions have become one of the most significant topics to study and in the research fields like management,marketing,finance,engineering,and so many other subjects.Among them some of the studies have conduct an investigation into the influence of construction at different levels such as local construction projects by the countries government for the better infrastructure,industrial construction which speed up the countries business and economic wheels,built the infrastructure of railway and highways for the better and smooth communication which will save the time of the people as well as provide the safety of the people.As construction is a project-based sector so that the construction industry has more insight related to cultural issues at the project level and their impact on the performance of construction projects.In some recent studies,despite that,have focused on culture and the green environment at the project level.This paper made for a significant overview to determine the sensation of a Chinese construction company about the influence of project cultures on the performance of Bangladesh’s local construction projects.This is amplifying by a series of in-depth interviews with senior executive managers in the industry.Here the author wants to find out the successful constructions projects in Bangladesh by the Chinese construction companies,the mega projects of Bangladesh,management system of a Chinese construction company,their work procedures,strength and weakness of a general Chinese construction company,the development of China moreover,it’s rapid growth in this sector,budgeting,economical condition of Bangladesh,the relationship between China and Bangladesh government regarding the development projects and so on.The findings indicate that specific project culture does contribute notably towards the outcomes of the project.Inadequate,goal orientation and liability,as two dimensions of project culture,have a contradiction statistical connection with perceived satisfaction of the process,business opportunities at present and in future,lessons got from the project,commercial success,satisfaction with the relationships,and in total performance.Although the financial condition of Bangladesh government had been unable to gain the momentum as dreamed by our loving leaders of all time as well as the aim of us all including the freedom fighters,martyrs or alive.After being lapsed time to time,our present government who won three times in a row they have taken strong and effective steps to boost-up our economy through taking many important mega projects which were the demand of time.The mega projects are of three categories;all the projects are now already started and under implementation;the projects,which have been accepted for the embodiment,which are under strong consideration of government for embodiment.In this paper,I have considered those projects,which are already started and have tried to focus on comprise regarding the embodiment of these projects with relation to our economic and financial growth.Considering the theme of this conference role of ethics in this regard has been added as well.This paper also shows that the quality of completion of a successful project in Bangladesh is a major concern to prove the Chinese construction industry.Undoubtedly,these projects will ensure the sustainability of our economic and financial growth,human well-being and the achievement of a better future.These steps will be a milestone of the memorable history of our nation.
