As the basic leading industry for the development of various industries,construction industry plays an important role in serving the urbanization process of our country and provide infrastructure for national economic and social development.At present,the production efficiency is not low,and the economic efficiency is not high.It reflects the new trend of the decline in the overall growth rate of the construction market,the peak of industrial development,and the entry of economic reform into the "deep water zone".The existence of the above problems puts forward new requirements for the combination of production factors and industrial development methods in the construction industry.Based on this research background,based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,This paper analyzes the theoretical connotation and evolutionary motivation of production organization morphology,and then based on the complex scientific theory,uses multiple models to study the evolution logic of production organization morphology in the construction industry.The mechanism is of guiding significance for us to scientifically understand and solve the current transformation of the construction industry and understand the development trend of the construction industry.The research results show that:(1)The operation order and efficiency of the production organization system of China's construction industry in the research cycle show periodic dynamic changes.The evolution process highly conforms to the logistic equation of population evolution,which proves that the production organization system of China's construction industry is in a state of continuous evolution.The evolution equation of production organization system based on population evolution model is used to predict the trend.It is found that following the traditional development model will make the evolution state of construction production organization system stagnate in 2020 or so,and the system evolution degree will reach saturation.(2)Among the identified variables of production organization form of construction industry,the level of organization cooperation,the degree of flexibility of production system and the layout of production space are the most direct variables to represent the production organization form of construction industry in China.The deep factors of system evolution stability depend on information interaction ability,labor supply level and technological innovation ability.(3)As the order parameter of production organization system in construction industry,knowledge driven ability and production collaboration ability play a key role in the evolution of the system,and the former occupies a dominant position.The simulation results show that the external factors have a positive effect on the evolution of the system,the internal factors have a positive feedback effect on the evolution of the system,and the net growth rate of knowledge is greater than zero.The external negative factors,such as the imperfect institutional environment and market mechanism,will increase the impact of positive entropy flow on the evolution of production organization system in the construction industry,lead to the risk of system instability,and then inhibit the healthy evolution of production organization.For this reason,the study points out that under the premise of ensuring the smooth channel of knowledge flowing into the production organization system of the construction industry and the improvement of the function mechanism,strengthening the construction of the construction market mechanism,improving the quality level of the employees and accelerating the construction of relevant laws,regulations and systems are the only way to promote the evolution of the production organization form of the construction industry to a high level.
