Research On Influencing Factors And Mechanism Of Unsafe Behavior Of Highway Tunnel Construction Based On Multi-Agent

Highway tunnel construction accidents occur frequently,and how to avoid accidents has become a major issue in tunnel construction safety management.Scholars at home and abroad have conducted a lot of research on construction technology,program design and project management,and have achieved effective results,and there is still much room for improvement.According to statistics,80%of tunnel construction accidents are related to people's unsafe behavior.Human behavior is complex and affected by various factors Therefore,it is also an effective research direction to study the unsafe behavior mechanism of highway tunnel construction workers to control the tunnel construction.Firstly,this paper expounds the characteristics of highway tunnel construction and through the related literature research,it identifies 15 factors affecting the unsafe behavior mechanism of tunnel construction from three levels:individual,organization management and environment.Based on the theoretical model of worker behavior and the cause of accident 24Model,combined with the influencing factors of unsafe behavior mechanism of highway tunnel construction,the mechanism analysis model of unsafe behavior of highway tunnel construction was constructed,and the relationship among the three factors was learned through questionnaire survey.Secondly,using Multi-Agent technology to describe the flexibility and adaptability of complex problems,the Multi-Agent model of the influencing factors of highway tunnel unsafe behavior mechanism is constructed,and the attributes of individual agent,organization management agent and environment agent are defined respectively.Its rules of conduct.Finally,the Net Logo software is used to simulate the multi-Agent of the influencing factors of highway tunnel construction unsafe behavior,and give corresponding countermeasuiesThrough simulation,the following conclusions are drawn:from the level of construction individual,in the case of high values of workers' own attributes,the suppression of unsafe behavior by workers in the public has a positive effect.In the case of other attribute values,the public will promote.The emergence of unsafe behavior of workers;from the organizational management level:and safety training,safety inspection,safety communication,safety resources have a greater inhibitory effect on unsafe behavior,safety incentives and safety commitments need to be combined with other organizational management factors to effectively affect Safety behavior;from the environmental level:the impact of interpersonal environment is greater than the impact of physical environment on unsafe behavior.
