Research On Unsafe Behavior Of Crossing Pedestrian In Road Intersection

Pedestrian is a very important part of the road traffic system,the mortality rate of road traffic accidents is very large in all kinds of traffic accidents,and the pedestrian traffic accident is mainly caused by the illegal crossing behavior.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the unsafe behavior of pedestrians to reduce traffic accidents and ensure the safety of pedestrians crossing the street.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the domestic and foreign scholars' theories about pedestrian behavior,it studies the behavior of street crossing violation by pedestrians on urban road,expounds the characteristics of pedestrians crossing traffic illegally,analyses the mental process of pedestrians crossing the street illegally,Summarizes the causes of pedestrians crossing the street illegally.First,on the basis of understanding the definition of the pedestrian crossing violation and the process of pedestrian crossing behavior,it conducts a field investigation of pedestrian crossing behavior in the signalized intersection,and collect pedestrian violation behavior's data.It uses correlation analysis to test the reliability of pedestrian violation behavior's data,it uses independent analysis to analyse the pedestrian violation crossing behavior's data.It results that pedestrians' illegal crossing behavior is related to pedestrian's age and sex;it analyses the types of pedestrian violation crossing,results that pedestrian crossing the street illegally have strong herd mentality and fluke mind;Based on the analysis of pedestrian violation behavior's data,the pedestrian crossing behavior of Road intersection is summarized.Secondly,On the basis of introducing the psychological process of pedestrian violation behavior.based on the pedestrian unsafe crossing behavior,this paper designed a questionnaire and investigate pedestrian.Through the statistical analysis of the analysis of pedestrian crossing behavior's data,the analysis of pedestrian crossing psychology and traffic data analysis,it finds out the main reasons for illegal pedestrian crossing,which are time presses,group psychology,fewer road vehicles,and unreasonable crossing facilities.At the same time,it finds out the pedestrian crossing psychology and the pedestrians' view of crossing traffic facilities.At last,based on the crossing characteristics of pedestrian and the reason of pedestrian unsafe crossing behavior,this paper take precautions against the unsafe behavior of pedestrian from the improvement of pedestrian crossing facilities,thepromotion of traffic safety knowledge,and the strengthening of the management and punishment system.Through the implementation of these measures,it can reduce the illegal crossing behavior,and ensure the safety of pedestrian crossing.
