Sampling oscilloscope,as a commonly used test tool in the research and development process of electronic products,is used by design engineers to observe subtle signals and incidents in almost all electronic production processes.Sampling oscilloscope can help designers to complete the design and debugging of electronic systems faster.Its accurate signal measurement function and rich data analysis function provide a powerful detection method for the realization of hardware design.With the development of the industry,low-bandwidth,low-precision,single-function oscilloscopes can no longer meet the needs of scientific research and production.In the increasingly fierce market competition,high-bandwidth,high-precision sampling oscilloscopes have increasingly become the pursuit of electronic design engineers and R & D personnel in military projects.The vertical system is the main module of the signal amplitude measurement function in the sampling oscilloscope.When the sampling oscilloscope achieves high-precision signal measurement,it puts forward higher requirements on it.In this paper,the vertical amplification circuit of the intermediate frequency signal and the high-accuracy data acquisition module are designed according to the functional requirements of the sampling oscilloscope vertical system.By step-amplifying the analog signal output by the intermediate frequency signal conditioning module,and then using a high-precision analog-to-digital converter to collect it,and then send the digital signal to the host computer for display and processing through the USB serial bus.Finally,the designed hardware circuit and software program are tested and analyzed,and it is concluded that the designed module hardware and software functions can be realized to meet the needs of the project,which provides a new implementation solution for the realization of the vertical system of the test instrument,the design provides new ideas and has a certain use value.This article mainly analyzes from the following aspects:(1)First,this paper studies the working principle of single-loop feedback inverseproportional operation circuit,multi-channel data acquisition principle and USB transmission communication principle.Proposed vertical amplification circuit and high-precision data acquisition and transmission module based on FPGA.Under the control of FPGA,it can realize the step amplification of the intermediate frequency signal,analog-to-digital conversion and data transmission.Through the use of Multisim and modelsim software to carry out the theoretical simulation of the key functions of the research system,it has laid a solid theoretical foundation for the realization of the function of the vertical system of the sampling oscilloscope.(2)Secondly,according to the system principle,in terms of hardware,a vertical amplifying circuit,ADC(analog-to-digital converter)circuit and USB transmission circuit are designed with FPGA as the main control chip,and finished the Design of analog power circuit and digital power circuit.In terms of software,an ADC signal acquisition module,a USB data transmission and communication module,and a Labview-based data processing program and display interface are designed.(3)Finally,a test system was built to test the vertical amplification circuit,the data acquisition and transmission circuit and the host computer display.The experimental results show that the vertical amplifier circuit has good accuracy and low noise performance,data acquisition and transmission can work normally,and the host computer interface can be displayed normally.
