In the hostage hijacking,the security door and the building wall are the main obstacles,which greatly delay the rescue operation of the armed personnel.And different specifications,thickness of anti-theft doors and walls,the use of shaped charge technology to break the power required is also different.For a specific target shaped charge,when it breaks down obstacles of different thickness,it may cause three possible breaking effects: too large,too small or moderate,and its power is difficult to be adjusted accordingly.In order to solve this problem,based on the purpose of adjustable jet power,this paper proposes the idea of modular assembly of integral shaped charge parts.When a certain thickness of anti-theft door or wall needs to be demolished,only by disassembling and assembling a certain part,a certain structural parameter of shaped charge can be changed,so as to achieve the power of just demolishing the obstacle.This paper briefly introduces the current development of the technology and the mechanism of jet forming and penetration.In order to better compare the breaking effect of different thickness of anti-theft door or wall,the anti-theft door and wall with different thickness are equivalent to 45 steel target plate with the aid of strength equivalence principle.LS-DYNA finite element analysis software is used to simulate the process of jet penetration into target plate,and the influence of different structural parameters of shaped charge on jet penetration power is studied.At the same time,the feasibility of changing structural parameters of shaped charge in reality is discussed.In addition,the penetration depth formula of jet is fitted by SPSS data software,and the influence of various structural parameters on jet power is compared and discussed by grey correlation analysis.It is concluded that blast height is the main factor to adjust jet power.When the anti-theft door or wall is demolished,the demolition effect needs to form a rectangular channel for people to pass through.Therefore,the propagation transition of explosive detonation wave and the penetration effect of jet are discussed under different corner shape transition of charge.At the same time,the choice of corner shape of charge is determined from the adjustable angle of jet power.In addition,based on the idea of low incidental damage,aluminum foam was used to weaken the shock wave of the explosives.The peak value of shock wave at different locations was obtained,and the noise level of the shock wave was calculated to illustrate the weakening effect of the aluminum foam protection layer on the shock wave.At the same time,the effect of aluminum foam protection layer on the jet power is studied,and the necessity of the shock wave protective layer is explained.
