Grey System Theory can be used to study uncertain or a few swatch or deficient information system, some of its information is known and some is unknown. It's mainly to abstract some valuable information through the birth and development of some known information to make a right description and effective monitoring of system behavior and the law of evolution. The traffic accidents have many kinds of reasons in the traffic accidents system. It will have significance to reduce traffic accidents by analyzing the importance degree of attribute and attribute value effectively. According to the limitations which are found in the calculation about the important degree of attribute, this paper draw on the idea of grey relational entropy, combine grey relational grade with general information entropy, make use of the principle of entropy to analyze the importance degree of attribute, presents a new data analysis methods. Finally, we used MATLAB as a tool to analyze the traffic accidents in a place of China with it. Grey synthetic degree of incidence entropy in this paper not only plays an important role in traffic accidents analysis, but also can be used in other social science fields. After the analysis of the important degree of attributes value and attributes, based on analyzing grey system predict models with example, I improved the grey predict model in this paper expect to increase the precision in application process. Then I applied actual traffic accidents data to the model, and the comparative analysis of data shows that, the improved model is better than original model through testing.
