From the instant of artillery firing,a great quantity of high heat powder gas is generated which rapidly builds up a considerable pressure and has a negative impact on the performance of the weapon.Due to the extreme complexity of artillery firing conditions,it's difficult to research some problems by theoretical modeling and simulation.Experimental research,which is essential to firing in the shooting range field with expensive costs and time costs to evaluate performance and reliability,is an effective way to solve these problems.It can reduce the costs and improve efficiency by dynamic simulation experiments.In this paper,the recoil dynamic simulation experiment technology was taken as the research object,a novel structural scheme was proposed.And the recoil dynamic simulation experiment technology was researched by means of numerical calculation and virtual prototype simulation.The research content includes the experiment scheme design,the modeling of the recoil dynamic simulation experiment system,the structure scheme design and the experimental technology research.The details are as follows:(1)Research on artillery recoil dynamic simulation experiment system: comparatively analyzed the structure and principle of existing recoil simulation experiment system,presented a novel artillery recoil dynamic simulation experiment method.The piston rod,which is powered by pneumatic impulse generation,moved forward to impact on the elastomer impact loading buffer.It can be employed to achieve the variation of the load similar to the barrel pressure formed by powder gas,the tested gun gets recoil dynamic responses which are similar to the firing gun.Then,the theoretical model of the dynamic recoil simulation experiment was established.(2)Analysis and simulation modeling of the recoil: a dynamic coupling model combining interior ballistic and recoil motion are established,a simulation calculation model was built by using MATLAB/Simulink to obtain the actual recoiling motion law of gun.It provided the necessary conditions for design the dynamic simulation experiment.(3)Design of artillery recoil dynamic simulation experiment system: the working principle of the pneumatic impulse generator and the elastomer impact loading buffer was analyzed,and the numerical simulation model of the impulse generator-impact loading buffer was established.The recoil motion law of shooting artillery was taken as the goal to determine the initial parameters,such as the structural parameters and initial pressure of the elastomer impact loading buffer,the structural design of the impulse generation and impact loading buffer was completed,and the recoil dynamic simulation response of the artillery recoil dynamic simulation experiment was obtained.(4)Virtual simulation verification: to verify the rationality of the design,the virtual prototype technology was used to establish the virtual prototype model of the recoil dynamic simulation experiment system in ADAMS.The virtual simulation results are consistent with theoretical calculation.The movement law obtained by simulation satisfies the key technical indexes and verifies the stability and reliability of the experiment system.(5)Research on recoil dynamic simulation experiment: built recoil dynamic simulation experiment system,established the experiment measure scheme and carried on the experiment.The results showed that the recoil dynamic simulation experiment can effectively simulate the practical artillery recoil dynamic response.The errors of each index in the recoil dynamic simulation experiment are small,and the experiment system meet the experiment requirements,verify the rationality of the experiment scheme and the theoretical modeling.The novel artillery recoil dynamic simulation experiment was carried without gunpowder.It was more stable and reliable than existing experiment system.Research shows the dynamic simulation experiment subjects in shooting artillery recoil dynamic response,and the key technical index errors were within 5%.And it can effectively simulate the dynamic responses of shooting artillery,meet the requirements of recoil dynamic simulation experiment,provide certain reference value for recoil dynamic simulation experiment technology research.
