As China's economic growth and urbanization process continues to deepen,new urban economic zones relying on big cities and supported by transportation continue to emerge.The development of the new district has an important role in expanding the space of large cities and improving the functions of cities.A Good power supply plan is a necessary condition for the city to develop economy and protect people's livelihood.Therefore,a thorough study of the power planning of such new areas should be conducted.Taking into account all aspects of the actual project,especially to meet the various power demands of the city,making planning reasonable,economical,efficient,and intelligent has important practical significance.Taking the Airport Economic Zone as the object,the article studies the technical principle system suitable for regional power consumption characteristics,and then carries out load forecasting,substation capacity balancing,high-voltage network optimization design,and supporting intelligent schemes.Finally,a systematic power design plan for the zone is obtained.Through the planning and design,the orderly,coordinated,intensive and intelligent development of the power infrastructure construction in the zone is realized,which provides a powerful guarantee for economic and social development and production and living.The specific work of the article mainly includes the following points.(1)First,the paper introduces the basic urban space planning and economic development of the area,as well as the use of electricity by large power users and important users,and summarizes the situation of the original power grid and power supply,and analyzes their shortcomings.Technical route to meet various needs and constraints of the area.(2)Then,analyzes and compares a variety of load forecasting methods.Based on the actual situation of the area,the community load density index method is mainly used to forecast the power demand of the airport area,and the development space and time distribution of power consumption are analyzed;according to the results,220kV and 110kV substation layout plans are formulated.(3)Based on load forecasting and balance of transformer capacity,this paper plans and designes the target architectures of 220kV,110kV,and 10kV power grids,and formulates a transition plan based on near-term and long-term development,to achieve effective connection between grid development and regional economic construction.The 220kV power grid target grid is mainly designed.Among the three possible schemes,various economic and technical indicators are comprehensively compared,the best scheme is determined,and the electrical calculations are checked.The grid planning method of the medium-voltage distribution network based on the three-layer concept grid is introduced systematically.Based on these,the design scheme of the 10kV distribution grid is obtained.(4)Finally,the entire planning plan is evaluated,and the technical indicators such as the reliability of the power supply,the capacity-to-capacity ratio,and the power supply radius after the planning are summarized.
