Research On Quantification Of Catalyst Elements In The Transformation Of Historic Conservation Area From The Perspective Of Catalysts Theory

With the rapid growth of the industrial revolution,the city has shifted its focus from "increment" to "stock" from suburbanization,anti-urbanization and re-urbanization.And the contradiction between city "stock" and contemporary city promoted researches on the old city transformation.In April 2015,Chen Zhenggao,secretary of the Party group and minister of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,first put forward the opinions of "urban restoration and ecological restoration"(that is," double-repair policy")in Hainan,which has important guiding significance for urban transformation,urban development,urban problem management and provide a new direction for the transformation,a new idea for transformation of historical and cultural blocks,especially combined with urban catalyst theory,can better reproduce the vitality of historical and cultural blocks.Based on the theory of urban catalyst and the analysis of material and non-material catalyst elements in urban design,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the block from three aspects: functional structure,block style and spatial structure,so as to provide some data support for the relevant elements involved in the reconstruction design of historical and cultural blocks,so that the catalyst elements of the design can better realize the catalyst response in urban space and complete the transformation and "repair" of historical and cultural blocks.First of all,the catalyst elements in urban design are dismantled,based on the material form of "point,line and surface" and the immaterial form of "historical culture,urban culture,urban image and community culture ".In the later quantification,the functional structure,block style and spatial structure are taken as the framework to analyze each part and its mutual influence.Among them,the study of functional structure combines the POI data of typical cases and its visualization analysis,so as to get the reference of relevant data.Block style and features,through the construction of the content framework of block style to analyze the corresponding data.Spatial structure based on the spatial syntax,using the Depthmap to analyze the relevant data such as connection value,depth value,visual integration degree,clustering coefficient and so on.The conclusion provides the basis for the design,and completes the urban design of Red House No.8 and No.9 Block of Qingshan District in Wuhan.
