Studv On Accessibility Evaluation And Spatial Planning Strategies Of Public Service Facilities In Urban Residential Areas

At present,the number of opportunities for public service facilities have become an important factor in the choice of urban residents to purchase houses.In what kind of spatial planning form of public service facilities to improve the satisfaction of residents is an important issue that needs to be studied in the development of urban settlements in the current and future periods."Accessibility" is an important concept that originated from geospatial relations in the world.It is practical to explore the equalization and fairness of residents' access to facilities and services resources in objective spatial conditions.Later,its meaning and application have been greatly expanded,the social will is regarded as an important measure of accessibility.Aiming at the spatial planning of residential public service facilities,this paper proposes a research idea of accessibility evaluation based on the perspective of residents' behavior.while residents as actors,traffic routes and time constraints as medium,and facility space as responders are the core participants of accessibility research.On this basis,combined with the interaction evaluation concept of the potential model method,the comprehensive calculation of three types of quantitative indicators:facility attractiveness,walking distance attenuation and time matching is carried out to measure the spatial accessibility of the facility.This paper combines three communities in Hangzhou called Chengbei Business Apartment,WangYue Apartment and TianHong Apartment to conduct empirical research.They represent the mixed displacement,marginal diffusion,layered and centralized of the facility planning form.According to the investigation of the public service facilities time-space characteristics and residents' activities characteristics,it is concluded that the spatial accessibility of facilities in the three types of the mixed displacement,marginal diffusion,layered and centralized shows a differentiation feature of decreasing gradient.While for residents,they prefer the latter two types of facility planning form through the inspection of the residential vitality and living space environment.Finally,based on the evaluation results,this paper proposes to be guided by the"homogeneous outward-oriented shared neighborhood structure",and establish a residential space model planning strategies combining edge dispersion with central gestation.
