Research On New Construction Technology And Management Of Yangzhou Western Transportation And Passenger Transport Hub Project Driven By Excellence

The establishment of the Luban Award and the Quality Awards of various provinces and cities not only improved the quality of construction projects in China,but also played an important role in improving the reputation and operating efficiency of enterprises.The application of new technologies,new materials,new processes and new equipment in the process of engineering construction,as well as the summary analysis in the management process,can play a good role in promoting the excellent process of construction projects in China.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of large-scale public building construction,and taking the project excellence as the construction goal,this study has done the following research in the application of new technology,new management mode and application evaluation.(1)According to the requirements of quality and excellence,the engineering excellence requirements and technical management are analyzed,and the promotion of new technology in engineering construction is proposed.Sexuality,the green construction and information management were elaborated;the evaluation content of the project implementation process was analyzed,and the post-evaluation method was summarized.(2)Secondly,according to the engineering practice,the basic situation of the project and the construction deployment are summarized.The application of the new technology of the project construction is analyzed.According to the requirements of excellence,the project is constructed in large-area concrete structure,prestressed concrete structure construction,metal roof construction and artistic modeling curtain wall.The aspects were promoted and applied,and the application background,process implementation and effects were analyzed.The main work of green construction was summarized.The technical application was summarized and analyzed.which reflected the key role of technology in the creation of large pro jects.(3)Finally,the paper analyzes the related work of construction organization management from the aspects of construction organization system and quality assurance measures;analyzes the relevant content of engineering construction information management,and summarizes the digital chemical construction and comprehensive project management information application results,to BIM The application of technology in engineering analysis reflects the key content of the large-scale public building in actual construction and management.Based on the general theory and method of post-evaluation of engineering projects,based on the actual questionnaire survey and analysis,combined with the actual situation of project construction and implementation,the project analysis process effect analysis index system is constructed,and the principle of success analysis method is adopted.A comprehensive analysis was carried out.According to the results of the project evaluation,the conclusion that the project implementation is completely successful is put forward,and the post-evaluation research of the large-scale public construction project in the future will be explored.
