Due to the updating and replacement of ammunition products with the development of the Times, and the higher requirements for environmental protection, ecological benefits and safety in ammunition destruction, the environment is polluted by burning and burying according to the traditional way,not Conducive to the construction of a good environment and harmonious society. At the same time, munitions handled in this way pose a potential threat. In view of the above considerations,it is therefore necessary to dispose of the spent munition destruction solids in a reasonable manner,to use high and new clean technologies and to adhere to the principles of availability and recyclability.By investigating the successful experience of Western countries in disposing of the solid waste from the destruction of end-of-life ammunition, which can efficiently recover the solid waste residue, professional scientific research institutions can quickly study how to dispose of the ammunition,in this respect, the corresponding research results have been obtained, which promote the wide application of treatment technology.By analyzing the present situation of the disposal of the waste residue of the discarded ammunition, this study uses the reference of the promotion of the technology of the solid waste residue of the disposal of the discarded ammunition in the developed countries for reference, with the help of its experience can effectively guide domestic research in this field. In this study, the main research method is electro-Fenton method, and the waste water of TNT ammunition destruction is selected as the research object.DSA?titanium-based active oxide coated electrode?technology can be used to degrade wastewater. This technology is simple, practical and efficient in wastewater treatment, and can control the cost of treatment. At present, there are few reports on the study of electrolysis in the treatment of wastewater in China. In this study, the specific study of three aspects. One is to use more effective electro-Fenton method in the treatment of wastewater. The other is electric-Fnton method, which is used to analyze the removal of CODCR in wastewater when studying the single factor experiments such as voltage?U?,plate spacing?D?,initial?pH?,H2O2 dosage?M?,molar ratio of n(Fe2+)/n?H2O2?and Reaction Time?T?.Thirdly, based on the cost analysis, the electro-Fenton process for wastewater degradation was studied and the whole mechanism of degradation was analyzed.Through the study of the separation technology of mixed ammunition, the separation technology of mixed ammunition is compared and analyzed. Finally, the method of solvent extraction is selected. At present, due to the increasing decommissioning of munitions,it is necessary to adhere to the green principle when handling mixed explosives in accordance with the Green Development needs of today's society. At present, the separation technology of mixed explosives should not only be used in the stage of laboratory research, but also be popularized in practical engineering.Compared with other engineering techniques, the solvent extraction method has the advantages of simplicity, high efficiency and practicability. The accelerated solvent extraction method developed on the basis of this method has been proved to have a wide application prospect in practice. Finally,in several ways of reuse, the waste ammunition as the main component of industrial explosives has outstanding advantages, among which the waste ammunition is directly poured into industrial explosives, because the process is safe, the operation is simple, and the waste is not discharged, and the waste ammunition can be used in large quantities,so it becomes the best way to use the waste ammunition safely and effectively.
