For now, there are plenty of waste residue such as fly ash, gauge inside and outside country, which pollute environment seriously and affect people' health. As we know, concrete is a kind of important construction material, if we put this waste residue into concrete, it will benefit the whole social sustainable development. According to this, this paper analyze composition and properties of all kinds of waste residue, and make clear of the feasibility of its applications in concrete. Based on microstructure and structure tests, some effect laws of these two kinds of waste residue to strength, impermeability and anti-carbonation of concrete is analyzed and discussed from microstructure aspect. On the basis of ways of six ingredients, fly ash can be put into high strength and high performance concrete whose reliability of strength is very high. At last, the harm of waste residue is put forward, but the benefit of application of waste residue concrete is high assessed.
