Research On S Company Working Capital Management Based On Supply Chain

After experiencing a golden decade of development,the traditional bus industry has entered a stage of negative growth,gradually shifting from "undercapacity" to "overcapacity",coupled with the obvious decline in new energy subsidies and the sharp decline in demand in the bus industry,the sales revenue and net profit of bus companies have both declined,and the company’s financial difficulties have increased,increasing the company’s operating risks.Working capital runs through the entire process of the company’s business activities and is the most dynamic element of the company’s funds.Effective working capital management can reduce business costs,improve business profitability,and reduce business risks.Under the pressure of large amounts of funds,bus companies have many problems in working capital management.The reduction in working capital utilization efficiency has weakened the company’s operating capacity to a certain extent.In recent years,the use of supply chain theory to optimize working capital management is the trend of working capital research.The combination of working capital management and supply chain helps to improve the efficiency of working capital use,reduce operating risks,and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.This article sorts out and summarizes the research on supply chain and working capital management theory.Based on the working capital management theory of supply chain,it clarifies the evaluation indicators of working capital management performance,and deeply analyzes the procurement,production and sales of S company in the supply chain.The status of working capital management in the three links,and put forward relevant optimization suggestions,hoping to provide some reference for S companies and other companies in the industry on the improvement of working capital management.The study found that from the perspective of the supply chain,the efficiency of the use of S companies’ working capital has declined.There are problems such as a single financing method,insufficient supplier management awareness,a serious inventory backlog of finished products,and excessive receivables.This article puts forward relevant suggestions from the perspective of the supply chain,and believes that S company should strengthen its awareness of working capital management;broaden financing channels and optimize debt structure;in the procurement process,strengthen the strategic alliance with suppliers and optimize supplier payment policies;in the sales process,explore new models of online marketing,strengthen customer relationship and accounts receivable management to ensure the smooth recovery of funds.
