The shield machine is a large-scale equipment used for underground tunnel construction.The main drive bearing is one of the core components of the shield machine.Although China can produce shield machines independently,the core technology is still mastered by developed countries,which causes some of the core components of the shields produced in China to rely on imports.Increased the production cost of China's shield machine,and also seriously affected the development of China's shield machine industry.Therefore,in-depth study of the main bearing of the core components of the shield machine not only promotes the localization of the shield to meet the requirements of domestic engineering construction,but also has positive significance for improving the development of shield technology in China.The three-row roller type slewing bearing is a structure commonly used for the main drive bearing,and has the characteristics of large size,large number of rolling bodies,and the load is very complicated in actual construction.For this reason,this structural bearing is taken as the research object,and a low friction loss thrust tapered roller bearing which can be applied to the main bearing of the shield is proposed.Firstly,using the traditional theoretical calculation method of rolling bearing,the load state of the main drive bearing is analyzed,and the load and contact stress of each rolling element of the bearing are obtained.And contact half bandwidth.Then,using the Romax software,the three-row roller type swivel branch is modeled and simulated as a whole,and the load distribution and stress variation law of each row of rolling elements are analyzed.The theoretical results are compared with the data obtained by Romax software analysis.Finally,the dynamic contact analysis of thrust cylindrical roller bearings,thrust tapered roller bearings and new thrust tapered roller bearings is carried out by using finite element software,and the contact force,contact stress,equivalent stress,speed and friction loss are compared.The research proves that the proposed new thrust tapered roller bearing is applied to the main bearing of the shield.The cylindrical and conical rolling elements are also subjected to logarithmic modification to avoid stress concentration.The research results show that the new thrust tapered roller bearing has a much improved contact dynamic performance compared with the traditional thrust roller bearing,which can not only provide a certain new thrust roller bearing application to the main bearing of the shield.The theoretical basis and reference also play an important role in promoting the design,manufacture and application of other axial thrust roller bearings.
