With the development of social economy, the expansion of city scale, the expansion of traveler's travel range, the complexity of travel purposes and travel modes, many traffic problems have arisen. As the core of the city, the city central business district has attracted more traffic, becoming the most concentrated area for traffic flow and people flow, and the most serious traffic problem. Therefore, research on the travel behavior of travelers in urban commercial centers, summarizing the travel characteristics of travelers, and exploring the factors affecting the choice of traveler's travel modes have important theoretical and practical value for the formulation of traffic demand management policies. This paper uses the survey data of Dalian(2011)residents to conduct research on the travel behavior of travelers who are traveling to the Dalian Central Business District(Qingniwa Commercial Center). When modeling the travel behavior of travelers, first consider that travelers with different travel destinations may have different travel mode choices,so they use all samples, commute samples and non-commuter samples to model respectively;then consider The IIA characteristics may cause deviations in the construction model,so the MNL and NL models are established for each set of samples, and the model is determined by comparative analysis. Finally, the model is used to predict the travel mode sharing rate. This paper uses R language programming to construct the disaggregate model, and the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The IIA characteristics will cause some deviations to the construction model. The NL model can capture the travel behavior of the traveler more accurately.Choosing the appropriate disaggregate model is very important for analyzing the travel behavior of the traveler.(2)Gender,age,occupation,car ownership and travel time have a significant impact on travel behavior of the traveler, with gender,40?49 years old, workers, service workers and individual workers showing differences in different models. It embodies that the purpose of travel has an impact on the travel behavior of the traveler, and the overall modeling of the target will be biased.(3)The amount of car ownership has the greatest impact on the travel mode of travelers. The increase in car ownership, car sharing rate, other share rate decline, bus sharing rate decline is the most obvious, reasonable control of car ownership can appropriately increase the proportion of travelers choose bus travel.
