A Study On Closed-loop Management System For Transportation Task Of Dalian Railway Station

In recent years,according to the relevant requirements of China Railway Corporation,the application and construction of information systems has become the main content of the construction of railway passenger stations in China.The purpose is to improve the modernization process of transportation production management from planning,organization and security.At present,the transportation production task of the railway passenger station is manually carried out,through the excerpt,retrieval and summary of the dispatching command.At the daily shift meeting,the management personnel unify the transportation production tasks of the day.During the execution of the task,due to the inability of the staff in each position to timely report on the progress and completion,the collection,sharing,monitoring and supervision of the status information of the transportation production tasks Checking and other links cannot be carried out efficiently and accurately.This paper starts from the investigation of the transportation production workflow of Dalian Station.Firstly,it analyzes the source,characteristics and workflow of the transportation production task,and summarizes the problems existing in the current work flow.Secondly,on the basis of the station,combined with information technology,The closed-loop management concept and process reengineering ideas redesigned the transportation production workflow based on closed-loop management.Thirdly,based on the reworked workflow,the design goals and principles of the closed-loop management system for transportation production were proposed,and the system needs were addressed.The system function module is designed,the system database logical model and physical model are established,and the system user interface is designed.Finally,Microsoft Visual Studio is used as the integrated development environment and ASP.NET technology to complete the overall structural design of the system.The functional modules of the system are realized.Taking a certain type of transportation production task as an example,the specific operation process of the closed-loop management system for transportation production is explained.The realization of the system satisfies the explicit requirements of the management process,and makes the railway passenger station's management mode of transportation production work change from the result evaluation to the process control,which improves the safety production management level and efficiency of the station,and is the scientific command and daily decision-making at the station level.Information data support is provided.
