The railway is a popular public transport in China. It occupies an important position in the whole transport system. As the window of the railway passenger transport, the quality management level of passenger transport in the station directly affects the development and transformation of railway enterprises. Starting in 1980 s, China Railway began to change ideas, introduced a series of theories and methods of quality management. After long efforts, railway station passenger transportation quality management has increased significantly. Rely on a series of reform and innovation, the railway has improved their competitiveness in railway passenger transport. However, since the railway transport is in a monopoly position in the transport industry for a long period, enterprise technology and equipment behind, employee service consciousness of poor and many other problems remain to be solved. All of this leads to the difficulty for railway enterprises to improve the quality of transport. When there is a great change in market environment, the buyer's market gradually formed in the field of transportation and railway transport has lost some market share now. The quality of passenger transport in railway stations is more and more concerned by the public and the railway managers.In recent years, the passenger quantity of Er-lian station creased year by year, under the conditions of the existing transport capacity, facing the increasingly fierce market competition, the problem that the managers of the Er-Lian Station face and need to solve is how to further enhance their ability to compete in the market, in order to consolidate their leading position in the passenger transport market.Based on this research at home and abroad, taking the quality of railway passenger station service as the core, through the description of the general situation of railway transportation industry and the analysis of the problems existing in the station quality management, using the theory and methods of quality management system analysis, in accordance with relevant data and information to establish a passenger station quality evaluation system, and Er-lian station were evaluated and empirical analysis. Without significantly increasing in the station's capacity it is the only way to improve the quality of passenger transport to consolidate and expand the market share of railway passenger transportation. In this paper, by describing the general situation of the railway transport sector, using the theory and methods of quality management system analysis study, the quality evaluation system of station passenger transport was established, and through the empirical analysis, it puts forward the passenger quality improvement program.Paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, which describes the background of the research, and analyzes the development and research of the relevant fields at home and abroad in detail. In the second part, the paper makes a detailed introduction of the railway passenger station, analyzes the function of the station and discusses the development trend of railway passenger station. In the third part, the paper introduces the quality management of passenger transport, the characteristics of the railway passenger and the passenger quality. In the fourth part, the paper introduces the basic situation of the Er-Lian Railway Station and uses the principal component analysis method to evaluate the quality of passenger transport. In the fifth part, according to the analysis result, puts forward the improvement measures for Er-Lian Railway Station.
