An Analysis Of Quality Management Practices On The Construction Industry Of Pakistan,DHA Valley Project

Quality Management in the construction industry denotes quality planning,control,and assurance.Quality management in construction projects can be ensured by governing different factors at the site.Thus,different factors assessed in the study those are influencing in the quality management implementation.The questionnaire developed by the author to find-out the response about the various factors considered for the study.Primary data collected mostly from the management personals than analyzed by using different analysis techniques,furthermore,respondent's response about the influencing factors which includes employee(education,skills,training and knowledge about QM),competency of professionals,product/material quality,monitoring,design and strict compliance of quality standards.Recommendations suggested creating an atmosphere to encourage employees for their skills development,strong communication,implementation,and strict compliance of quality standards acclaimed by the international standard organization(ISO).
