As the earth's environmental pollution becomes more and more serious,governments strongly advocate energy conservation and emission reduction and actively seek new energy sources to replace traditional fuel vehicles.With the development of battery technology,it is inevitable for electric vehicles to replace fuel vehicles.In our country the population base,is large,the quantity of electric bicycle is high,and the accident caused by electric car charging is quite many.In view of the unsafe factors such as overheat and overcharge,we introduced wireless charging technology into the charging system of electric bicycle.Combined with electronic technology,sensor technology,single-chip computer technology and power electronic technology,the wireless intelligent charging device of electric automatic vehicle has been made which improved the safety and convenience of charging.We takes 48 V,20Ah electric bicycle as the research object,and designed the wireless intelligent charging device with power of 100 W.The device is supplied by electric current of220 V and converts the current into 24 V of direct current through rectifier module,then uses H bridge high frequency inverter,converts the input direct current into high frequency alternating current and emits it in the form of high frequency electromagnetic wave through the LC resonant coil.After the receiver coil receives the electromagnetic energy of the transmitting coil through the rectifier filter circuit,it becomes direct current,and t hen through the DC-DC conversion circuit,it is converted to the DC voltage the charging of the battery of the electric bicycle.This design adopts the modular design idea,the main control chip adopts the stm32f103c8T6,high frequency inverter module select the SIC632 integrated drive chip,the transmitting and receiving modules communicates through the 2.4 G communication module,and monitors the current,voltage,temperature and other signals in the system to achieve the purpose of safe charging.The device of coil automatic positioning for electric bicycle is also designed.Through the test,48 V20 Ah of electric bicycle can be charged by using this system in 5 cm range,and the efficiency can reach more than 60%.
