In the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,the cultivation of microbial strains is carried out in a closed vacuum constant temperature and humidity environment box,and the microbial strains have uncertainty of maturity time,which requires a device with a large amount of dishes to store these Petri dishes with microorganisms.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on the flow and storage of Petri dishes in microbial culture and the identification and sorting of mature microorganisms in Petri dishes.On the basis of being familiar with the operation requirements and working characteristics of workers,a set of rotary conveying detection device is designed.Find out the relevant data,design the structure outline of the device,use UG to model the rotary device,and initially draw the horizontal bearing rotary conveyor and mechanical grab sorting mechanism.The strength and motion characteristics of the device are analyzed and verified by MATLAB,ANSYS,ADAMS and other software,and the design of the device is verified and optimized.Therefore,the main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper discusses the development trend of domestic pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,and discusses the feasibility of mechanized operation of microbial culture dish storage and growth monitoring.The research status and operation principle of existing load-bearing devices such as plate chain conveyor and stacking manipulator with vision are analyzed.(2)Determine the overall design scheme of the microbial storage device,carry out the detailed design of the structural dimensions of the key parts of the bearing part,especially the analysis and calculation of the important design parameters such as chain drive and mechanical arm,carry out the planning and simulation analysis of the grasping track of the dish taking mechanical arm,and check the strength of the key parts with ANSYS software.(3)Dynamic simulation software ADAMS was used to carry out kinematic / dynamic analysis on the operation of taking and placing dishes of the manipulator.In this paper,the polygon effect of chain conveyor is modeled,and the motion formula of driven wheel is derived.With the help of MATLAB,the stability of chain conveyor is analyzed and studied,and the reasons that affect the instability of chain transmission are analyzed,and the suggestions to improve the stability of transportation are given.(4)A complete set of Petri dish storage and sorting device is designed,and the kinematics / dynamics simulation of the whole device is carried out,and the relevant motion parameters are obtained,which provides a certain reference for the manufacturing of the solid prototype.
