At present,the evaluation of marine engine room simulator mainly focuses on personal operation training,and focuses on the consideration of task completion,which leads to the blind spot of multi person collaborative evaluation in the application of simulator evaluation system.Therefore,it is urgent to study an effective team cooperation evaluation method in engine room simulation training.In this paper,the evaluation system of marine engine simulator was taken as the research object.Based on the consideration of the accuracy of the target task,process sequence and other factors,the factors of team cooperation ability were further considered.Combined with the characteristics of engine room resource management evaluation,five indexes of cooperation ability were put forward:sequential index,interactive index,redundancy index,ultra vires index and normative index.The quantitative method of cooperation ability index and the evaluation method of team cooperation task completion were given.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the completion degree,and the Dice coefficient and Tversky coefficient were used the collaborative ability was quantified,and the mathematical model of collaborative evaluation was put forward based on the comprehensive completion degree and collaborative ability index.After that,in order to solve the problem that the similarity coefficient was not clear about partial sequence,the evaluation process was modeled and standardized by using Petri net,and the improved collaborative evaluation model was given by combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation idea of subtraction system based on Petri net and the similarity coefficient theory.For the evaluation example with partial sequence,the evaluation result of the new model was more reasonable.Through the case of practical operation evaluation,this paper analyzed the influence degree of the overall evaluation results of four teams on the cooperation ability index,and found that team 1 and team 4 had great defects in the cooperation ability:team 1 has a higher task completion degree of 99.49,and the final evaluation result is 84.22 due to its low cooperation ability index;team 4 has a lower completion degree of 65.77 In this case,the collaboration ability index is low,resulting in the final evaluation result of 41.00.To sum up,the quantitative analysis of team cooperation ability can more objectively show the degree and effect of team cooperation.It is an effective research method of team cooperation evaluation based on the traditional individual evaluation and the influence of team cooperation ability.It can provide some guidance for improving the cooperation ability training of engine room personnel.
