Research On Resource Integration Strategy Of Ports In The Middle Reaches Of The Yangtze River

In the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,the water flow is gentle,there are many meanders,the water system is developed,and there are many lakes.The superior natural strips have created many excellent ports.In recent years,ports in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River have developed rapidly,but the port hierarchy is unevenly distributed,port functions are unreasonably divided,arid the homogenization competition among ports is severe.The Yangtze River is known as the "golden waterway",and it is a waterway artery that runs through the east and west of China.This paper advocates unified port planning,unified port coordination,and unified port management through the study of port resources integration to better realize the scientific development of ports in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.The research on the integration of port resources in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is based on the game theory and the theory of system science,and comprehensively uses literature research,Pareto improvement,cluster analysis and other methods for integrated analysis.First,through the analysis of the current status of ports in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,including port conditions and infrastructure,the' advantages and disadvantages of port development are obtained,which provides a reference for the further integration of port resources in the future.Secondly,the Pareto improved model was used to analyze the scope of resource integration and benefit balance of the river ports in the middle reaches.Once again select the port berth,port throughput,hinterland economy and the distance to the estuary and other indicators,use SPSS cluster analysis to analyze the hierarchical structure of port resources in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.Then,according to the analysis results of the proportion of the major cargo types and the sorting of sorted throughput,the functional division and future development positioning of ports in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River will be carried out.Finally,combined with the experience and analysis results,the paper puts forward the early part,the middle stage and the whole goal of the integration of port resources in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.This study proposes the integrated feasibility layout plan of "one center,two key points and three port groups" through multi-level comprehensive analysis,which provides a new perspective for the integration of ports in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.To strengthen cooperation and exchanges,establish a multilateral resource sharing mechanism,from encouraging investment and shareholding,achieving port capital integration,improving soft power,implementing talents to strengthen the port strategy,and using the development of the information age to accelerate port intelligent construction,these provide constructive advice for port resource integration in mang ways.
