| The rapid development of the power industry in contemporary society,the national economy level has been greatly improved,and the high standard of living requires that the power supply must also be safe and reliable and non-disruptive.Conventional substations are faced with a series of transformation problems,vehicle-mounted mobile substation integration,flexible mobility,convenient transportation,low occupancy rate,in the event of an emergency,on-board mobile substation can quickly reach the scene and restore power supply in a timely manner,timely and effective,as an emergency support system is more and more favored by power enterprises.What this paper does is design a 110 k V on-board mobile substation.After consulting a large number of documents,in accordance with the specific and practical application of the design,based on the specific requirements of specific equipment selection,taking into account the requirements of each equipment earthquake resistance,first of all,the selection of special SFZ11-20 MVA has load-regulating transformers,and out-of-line casings and oil storage cabinets to make reasonable settings to meet the requirements of space constraints;The main wiring design adopts a single bus way,runs simple and reliable,saves human and material resources,10 k V power distribution cabinet with SF6 gas insulation,compact structure,to meet the requirements.The substation is equipped with zinc oxide lightning protection and other safety measures,the safety performance of the substation can be improved,the integrated automation system of mobile substation,according to the three-layer two-network mode configuration,a brief introduction of the three-layer equipment secondary network configuration specifications,HGIS combination electrical equipment and medium pressure cabinet strap intelligent terminal to meet the mobile substation information,automation and interaction,while the substation integrated power system made a detailed description.In the overall layout design of the mobile substation,the rationality and earthquake resistance of the layout are fully emphasized,according to the electrical operation requirements and principles,the modules are cleverly combined on the trailer,and in accordance with the reasonable transport requirements for road transport and actual operation.The substation’s 110 k V main variable car chooses a step-type semi-trailer,10 k V power distribution equipment is loaded with a container truck,in order to better adapt to unknown road conditions,and so loaded to facilitate the trailer turn and other transport operations.10 k V distribution equipment box system considers the requirements of shock,seal and anti-corrosion,can effectively resist the vibration during the vehicle’s journey,in line with the seismic design requirements.Reasonable assembly and deployment of electrical equipment,and finally completed the design of 110 k V on-board mobile substation.Based on the on-board mobile substation designed in this paper,it is possible to restore power supply quickly and ensure the safety,stability and reliability of the power system when it is caused by natural or manmade power supply,and theoretically to further improve the operating level of mobile substation. |
