With the rapid development of the national economy, the demand ofelectricity is further expanded, and the power substation is also required highreliability increasingly. The original substations are also faced with the updateand technological innovation, the substation renovation involves equipmentmodification rate of100%, and all the secondary devices are likely to be replaced,this will case heavy workload, high construction difficulty, and short constructionperiod. If use mobile substation which the conventional urban grid power andvoltage level to cooperate, the time of transformation will be greatly reduced, andis also convenient for transforming the entire substation. The mobile substation isan important part of “the power system contingency plans for emergencies”,when a major natural disaster occurs, and considering starting the emergencyrescue plan, the mobile substation is the first choice to protect the power supply.Mobile substation has a good performance of flexibility and rapidity, while themobile substation has an extremely important strategic significance in the specialperiod.Mobile substation belongs to the field of manufacturing technology ofspecial power system substation. This thesis refer the design method of mobilesubstations which design by Siemens Transformer (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. with a ratedvoltage of66kV/10.5kV, and rated power of20MVA for Da Lian power company,and with a rated voltage of110kV/10.5kV, rated power of20MVA for De Yangpower company in Si Chuan province, and divide the mobile substation into fivemodules: HGIS for HV side, power transformers, medium voltage switchgear,monitoring and protection systems, and transportation vehicle system.This thesis is focused on selecting of parameter and designing some specialstructure of HGIS and SF6gas-insulated metal-enclosed maintenance-free switchgear, to make its meet the requirements of long-term transportation;Design some special structure of power transformer, and solve the problem ofheight limit, limited width, weight limit and so on in transportation, and checkthe strength of that transformer and flat-bed trailer joint point; Design themonitoring and protection system of mobile substation, to make it an unmannedmodern smart substation; Designed a set of energy storage system based on thesuper capacitor, including a rectifier circuit, the DC equalizing charging circuit,the discharge circuit and single phase UPS circuit. Introduce solar photovoltaicgeneration of inparallel and independence system in mobile substation secondarypower system to design a AC/DC power supply which is suitable for mobilesubstation with particular service condition.
