Design And Research On Vehicle Mobile Substation

The rapid development of national economy and power industry puts forward higher requirements on power supply security and sustainability. Vehicle-mounted mobile substation is highly integrated, flexible, space saving and other advantages. It can also provide power supply in case of emergency, make it an important portion of the electric power enterprise emergency security system.This paper takes the successful operational 66kV vehicle-mounted mobile substation developed by Dalian Power Supply Company as study object, detailly studied its relevant design and application issues. Firstly this paper introduces the commonly used high voltage switch electrical appliance, with choosing HGIS as vehicle-mounted mobile substation high voltage switch. Then the main primary connecting wiring design and the main equipment selection is illustrated. Meanwhile the advices on the diversification of vehicle-mounted mobile substation operation are proposed. This paper shows seismic mechanics analyses of vehicle-mounted mobile substation transformer, and layout research of vehicle-mounted mobile substation equipment from the viewpoint of security and spatiality. This paper also proposes putting main equipment layout on two vehicle's body and placing equipments in accordance with the high/low voltage ratings.At the end of the paper, according to the requirements of intelligent substation of vehicle-mounted mobile substation, the integrated automation system and intelligent integration system design is discussed. This paper also illustrates the three layer network equipment configuration scheme and five integrated prevention system. It also briefly introduces the use of super capacitor as energy storage system, and the use of of photovoltaic material on top of vehicle roof, this PV component can be either in parallel operation of grid or off-grid operation.
