The rational use and optimized design of port resources are important links in port planning and construction.It directly affects the layout of port construction,the economic benefits of the port and the safety of ship anchoring.With the continuous development of China's economy and shipping industry,the scale and speed of port construction in coastal areas are also increasing.Ship traffic in coastal waters is more congested,and navigation ships have become larger and more professional.The rational allocation and scientific use of port waters have become important issues,and must be carefully considered and properly resolved in the planning and design of port anchorages.According to the current situation,the research content of this article is as follows:1.Summarize the previous research results,analyze the application of port area resource carrying capacity and the application of computer technology in port resource carrying capacity and the current situation at home and abroad,and propose that the current in-depth study of resource carrying capacity in ports and the computer in port There are few applications in terms of resource carrying capacity.2.Researched and analyzed the theoretical model of marine traffic resources carrying capacity in port area including the carrying capacity of waterway resources in the port area,the carrying capacity of anchorage resources,the carrying capacity of port berths and the corresponding early warning standards,providing theoretical support for port traffic planning and effective Enhance the comprehensive service capabilities of the port area.3.Taking the Huanghua Port Coal Port Channel as a research object,the model is applied to the Huanghua Port Area.The model meets the actual requirements of the Huanghua Port area channel.The existing resources of the Huanghua Port are relatively abundant and can meet the anchoring needs of ships arriving at the port every day.4.Using Python software to build the traffic resource carrying capacity system of Huanghua Port,it is found that although there are certain errors,the errors are verysmall and can be ignored,so the system is applicable to Huanghua Port.5.Based on the data obtained from the research and analysis,the article summarizes the novelty of the article and the method of giving it to the practical application of port traffic,and gives the places where it is necessary to further study in order to expand the application scope of the computer system in port traffic.
