Research On Constuction Quality Management Of South First Port Road Project For Huanghua Port Comprehensive Port Area

Highway engineering quality problem is the key problems to be settled urgently to cangzhou port group,previously built putting-in-service proactively highway frequent quality issue,send related business unit and the local group of birth caused great inconvenience,such as surface subsidence,surface friction is not enough,after the rain water is serious and so on.Therefore,in the whole process of the construction of the project of South First Port Road,the construction unit requires that the construction of the PDCA cycle quality control model should be implemented in order to completely solve the problem of frequent project quality.This study is carried out gradually and completed in accordance with the following contents:Firstly,the background and significance of this research are analyzed,and the current status of project quality management at home and abroad is analyzed.Then the research ideas and research methods of this research are given.As the basis of the research,this paper analyzes the basic methods and principles of engineering quality management,including the engineering quality management system and the engineering quality management system.Based on this,the basic content of PDCA cycle and the characteristics of this cycle are introduced.Secondly,this paper analyzed about the present situation of oil drilling quality of highway road management,road and south dredging port for previously built all the quality problems of statistical data,this study designed the interview questionnaire and actual investigation,on the basis of obtained data from the quality planning,execution,inspection and handling four aspects to analyze the causes of highway quality problem.Then,this study proposed the PDCA cycle model used in the project,and carried out detailed research and analysis on the various stages of the cycle,including the plan of quality plan and construction organization;The implementation measures of quality management including all parties involved in the project;Inspection and management of quality issues including project participation;Including quality problem handling mechanism,acceptance procedures and other quality processing means.The measures and measures of each stage jointly ensure the quality control of the project and ensure the use effect of the highway construction and investment.At the end of the paper is based on the above research are summarized,including putting-in-service proactively to traffic usage,after the completion of the project to ensure security mechanism,the implementation of PDCA cycle to personnel management and incentive and restrictive measures.The PDCA cycle has achieved great success in the process of quality control of the project of South First Port Road,and the model should be used in the follow-up project quality management process.This paper innovatively puts forward the application of PDCA cycle in highway engineering quality management,and proves that this kind of project USES PDCA cycle to manage quality more effectively than other methods in the past.
