The production scheduling of yard work is the main core business of port operation.In the existing yard equipment machines and yard berth quantity optimization yard operation on the basis of improving the efficiency of turnover,and then improve the port throughput is now the development of the coal port to port "wisdom" is a key link.Therefore,the research on the optimization of coal port yard work has the dual significance of theory and practice.Based on coal port in oil drilling as a case analysis of the present situation and characteristics of the coal port yard dispatching from oil drilling coal terminal operation data,based on the analysis of car dumper equipment running status to parameters,on the basis of using the Witness simulation software to find out a key link in the process of optimization and equipment optimization.For bulk cargo wharf in three periods of oil drilling yard,for example,considering the overall operation model of coal port,based on the three periods of silo digging pile operation system model for the major assignment for scheduling and optimizing resources.Using genetic algorithm to seek effective and reliable model,that can improve the effective and efficient operation of oil drilling,theory has enriched the basic theory in the field of coal and other bulk cargo wharf,practical aspects can provide scientific and effective for the actual production of the oil drilling operations of port operation scheduling instruction.Based on the WITNESS software simulation,the optimization and optimization of multi-objective optimization scheduling problem of the coal port dump operation system is established,and the main conclusions and results are as follows:(1)the quantitative analysis of the average error of the ship to port time is about 5 to 6 hours,which is approximately obeying the normal distribution;SPSS software was used to test the time distribution of the train by p-p and q-q.The normal distribution,exponential distribution,Gamma distribution,semi-normal distribution,Laplace distribution,Logistic distribution,Student t distribution and uniform distribution were compared.Verify that the train to the port is a normal distribution.(2)Can be seen through the WITNESS simulation software,but from the Angle of the stacker equilibrium assignment,the concrete operation situation of stacker there exists a large gap,stacker.S5 total work times to 407 times,operation time is as high as 94.15%,and stacker.S/total work times R1 is 148 times,only the operation time is only 34.24%.It can effectively shorten the operation time and improve the efficiency of the yard work by balancing the work of the stacking machine in the existing equipment connection.Under the condition of the same work,optimize the stacker to finish all the work before the time was 976.8 minutes,the optimized will work to shorten the total time to 965.6 minutes,11.2 minutes,shorten the efficiency increased by 1.15%.(3)To set up a multi-objective function to optimize the coal terminal in Huanghua port,and to compare the results with the simulation results.Tipper:actual working time is 778.8 minutes,the simulation of the working time is 764.4 minutes,multi-objective function optimization to solve the work time is 733.2 minutes,was down more than 31.2 minutes,the simulation of working time efficiency increased by 4.08%.Stacker,simulation and optimization of working time is 972 minutes,a multi-objective function optimization to solve the work time is 840.0 minutes,was down more than 125.6 minutes,the simulation of working time efficiency increased by 13.01%.In terms of total time,the simulation completion time of the two tasks was 1730 minutes,and the completion time of the multi-objective function optimization was 1573.2 minutes,which was 156.8 minutes less than the simulation work time,and the efficiency increased by 9.06%.To sum up,the port of huanghua is in the operation of optimizing the storage yard.On the one hand,according to the time and time of arrival of the ship,it can plan and arrange the work in advance.In the actual work arrangement,the other party should pay attention to the balanced operation of equipment,optimize port operation and improve port efficiency.
