In recent years of China,with the development of high-speed railway,the operating mileage of high-speed railway is increasing.Since the first set of harmony EMU was put off the production line in 2007,the number of EMU in the whole road has increased from 105 standard trains in 2007 to 2742 standard trains in 2017,with an annual compound growth of more than 40%.As of December 31,2018,the number of motor cars in the whole road is 3303.25 standard trains [1].With the rapid growth of the number of vehicles and the accumulation of driving mileage,higher requirements are put forward on how to ensure the safe operation of EMUs and strengthen the maintenance management of EMUs.At present,according to the needs of railway construction network,China Railway Group has reasonably set up 7 EMU maintenance bases and dozens of EMU operation stations with advanced technological process and tooling equipment,modern management information system,to complete the maintenance and operation of EMU.In the whole railway system,EMU has been running for 10 years.With the continuous enrichment of operation and maintenance experience,China has accumulated a large number of EMU data,which is like a golden mountain with abundant reserves to be developed.Once effectively developed and utilized,it will bring great benefits to China's EMU Operation and maintenance,customer analysis and other aspects.At present,under the overall arrangement of China Railway Group,the informatization work of EMU Operation Management and the analysis work of massive data generated have been gradually launched,In 2017,the then China Railway Corporation issued the notice of China Railway Corporation on printing and distributing the implementation scheme of railway big data application(TZMI [2017] No.155),the notice of China Railway Corporation on printing and distributing the general plan of railway informatization(TZMI [2017] No.152),(see Appendix A and B),which proposed the overall implementation of the application of railway big data The scheme and specific objectives mark the official start of the operation and maintenance information work of high-speed railway EMUs and the application of big data analysis.In recent years,under the guidance of this scheme,various kinds of railway information management systems emerge in endlessly,all kinds of data analysis systems emerge at the historic moment,and have made some achievements in fault diagnosis,customer analysis and other related work.However,too many information systems also lead to repeated entry of field maintenance information,more information cross situations,and increasingly prominent information island phenomenon.Secondly,in terms of data analysis,the analysis of EMU Operation and maintenance and EMU Operation and management data is still in its infancy,and still faces many challenges,such as large amount of data,various types,high storage cost and large management cost.In the EMU Operation management unit,with the continuous increase of EMU allocation,the continuous expansion of EMU and advanced maintenance,and with the development of the technology of new EMU manufacturing technology,the types of vehicle types continue to increase,the number of personnel,materials,equipment and facilities,rules and regulations continue to increase and deepen,and the daily management scope and depth of EMU continue to expand The exhibition has brought great pressure to the safety production of bullet train sections.What each bullet train section is facing is not only limited to the specific business production process,but also has a strong management function.How to allocate all kinds of maintenance and utilization resources more efficiently and coordinate all production and utilization organization work has become a practical problem in each bullet train section.In this paper,through the research on the production practice and existing resources of Shanghai EMU,which has the largest number of EMUs in China at present,and also has the capacity of EMU application and advanced maintenance,the establishment of EMU integrated management information system is explored to realize the fast and reliable collection of all kinds of information,interconnection of all kinds of equipment and systems,integration and sharing in EMU All kinds of information resources,and carry out big data analysis based on Hadoop,and show the analysis results to the corresponding operators or managers in a visual form,to provide efficient,reliable,standardized and intelligent information services for the EMU,and further improve the EMU Operation and maintenance safety assurance ability,information decision-making ability and operation management ability.At the same time,it also provides reference for the future construction planning of smart bullet train section.
