As the world’s energy problem has become increasingly apparent,energy-efficient building quickly become current research directions of the concern of various countries around the world,Europe and the United States,and other developed countries in the study of building energy efficiency in the top in the world,although in China started late,but in recent years,our country through three steps mandatory energy efficiency in a short period of time to get the great achievement,but how to assure indoor comfort conditions for further energy-saving design is worth thinking,especially in Weifang area of cold region residential energy-saving design research basic in a blank state Based on the investigation and simulation,this paper focuses on the main influencing factors of energy consumption of residential buildings in Weifang,and studies the design optimization of residential energy conservation in Weifang from the perspective of architecture.This paper analysis the Weifang region geography climate dew point temperature,solar radiation,through the research of Weifang area has been built outside the district,the external retaining structure district planning landscape Settings are analyzed and summarized,put forward the problems existing in the two aspects of energy-saving design and comfort,and according to the national energy conservation and development stage of national and provincial energy efficiency standards,divide the residential energy-saving design of Weifang area into five stages,namely the burgeoning infancy stage,mature stage increase stage based on the analyse of these projects,it is not difficult to found existing in the Weifang area in residential energy-saving design thinking curing narrow The awareness of active energy-saving design is weak.The comfort level of residential buildings is not high.Secondly through thermal control system in Weifang area residential interior temperature humidity PM2.5 on indoor thermal environment of record,and connecting with the outdoor environment at that time,drawn into a chart,analysis under the condition of relatively high levels of energy conservation design,indoor comfort still winter indoor temperature is not high,north and south room temperature uneven theoretical design value do not tally with the actual test valuesBased on the above research problems of residential interior comfort,external energy,adopts the method of single factor control variables,using Tera2016 to BECS2014 residential thermal environment and use in combination with the corresponding specification requirements,green water,heat preservation material thickness in their neighborhood,toward the window,open the balcony area,material modeling simulation,respectively,through the study of the statistical analysis of the calculation results,after compared the simulation results under different working conditions,and put forward feasible design optimization suggestions.Based on the above research the problems existing in the internal comfort external energy-saving,adopt the method of single factor control variables,using Tera2016 thermal environment for residential areas and use BECS2014 combined with the corresponding specification requirements,thickness of thermal insulation material of water inside the village greening toward the open balcony area of the window material modeling simulation respectively,through the study of the statistical analysis of the calculation results,compared the simulation results under different working conditions,and put forward feasible design optimization Suggestions.This paper has two main research purposes: one is to explore the lack of comfort and energy-saving design of urban residential buildings in cold regions represented by Weifang;The second is on the premise of guarantee and improve the indoor comfort energy-saving design methods of residential construction is suitable for the region,and then from Weifang area to some extent the summer cooling energy consumption and energy consumption of heating in winter in huge problems through theoretical analysis and simulation calculation,on the basis of the combination of this thesis has certain theoretical significance and practical application value,research methods and design strategies adopted by the can provide reference for peers designers and researchers,for further research on residential energy-saving design direction is discussed in this paper.
