| With the adjustment of urban development policy,Shanghai has entered the era of urban organic renewal.The new development concept makes people pay attention to the transformation and utilization of the old community public space,and the community micro-renewal is also in full swing.At present,the practice of micro-renewal for the public space of communities is still in the stage of exploration.In the face of complex problems,the methods are diverse and pluralistic,and the evaluation of the results after implementation is short of scale and measurement standard.This paper takes the micro-renewal for the public space of community in Shanghai as the research object.First of all,through the research on public space of community,micro-renewal evaluation and related practice and theory at home and abroad,combined with field investigation and questionnaire survey,the main evaluation factors are analyzed,the Evaluation System of Micro-renewal for Public Space of Community in Shanghai is constructed.Then the AHP is introduced to establish the hierarchical model,and the index weight data is obtained by Delphi,and a complete evaluation model is established.Finally,the evaluation model is used to evaluate the practice of micro-renewal,and the microrenewal practices of Shanghai Siping Road Community,Xinhua Road Community and Nanjing East Road Guizhou Xili are selected as research cases,the difference of the micro-renewal for the public space of community under different renewal modes was evaluated and analyzed quantitatively.According to the index weight and evaluation results,the corresponding optimization design suggestions were put forward.This paper comprehensively evaluates the micro-renewal for the public space of communities from the perspective of users,and discusses the problems in the process of micro-renewal and after use,which is beneficial to feedback the evaluation results to the decision-makers,designers and residents,it provides a reference for the design,implementation and management of micro-renewal for the public space of communities. |
