A Study On The Improvement Planning Of The Human Settlement Environment In The Northern Anhui Plain Villages From The Perspective Of Sansheng Space

Since the reform and opening up,China has put the "three rural" issue in the important position of national development,and the interests of farmers have been guaranteed.With the continuous development of economy and the continuous infiltration of urban lifestyle and concepts into the countryside,not only the living conditions in the countryside can not meet the needs of farmers,but also many environmental pollution problems appear.With the emergence of these problems,the research of rural human settlements has been paid more and more attention.Improving the rural human settlements has become an important work.This paper selects the plain villages in the north of Anhui Province as the research object,and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies of human settlements from the perspective of "three living" space.First of all,through the method of on-the-spot investigation,the current situation of human settlements in villages in Northern Anhui is understood.There are problems in the production space,such as waste of arable land resources,single industrial structure and backward production facilities.There are problems in the living space,such as the disunity of building style,the imperfection of road system,the low quality of public service facilities and the slow renewal of infrastructure.There are water pollution in the ecological space,such as serious deforestation and insufficient greening rate.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the three living spaces of the plain villages in the north of Anhui Province.Secondly,according to the problems of human settlements summed up by the research,the corresponding improvement strategies are proposed from the production space,living space and ecological space.The production space starts from two aspects:land consolidation and utilization and industrial restructuring.The living space starts from four aspects:unifying the architectural style,improving the road system,improving the public service quality and updating the infrastructure.The living space starts from two aspects:greening landscape planning and creating the ecological protection system.It improves the living environment of villages in Northern Anhui from the perspective of "three living"space.Finally,combined with the improvement strategies proposed in this paper,taking sunwei central village in Mengcheng County as an example,the relevant strategies are applied to the village,and the planning and research of human settlements improvement are made from three aspects of production space,living space and ecological space.Production space focuses on industrial development planning,traditional agriculture and grape planting industry develop at the same time to create industrial diversification;living space will be renovated in the way of cleaning,painting,renovation,demolition and construction,and the road system will be improved by combing the route,widening the road and hardening the road surface,and infrastructure and public service facilities will be based on the specific service population It is suggested that the ecological space should focus on improving the villagers’ awareness of ecological protection.
