The sustainable development of the manufacturing industry in Guizhou Province needs to be supported by the cultivation of high-quality and innovative skilled personnel.Cultivating high-quality skilled personnel in manufacturing industry is an important measure to adapt to the new normal of economy in Guizhou Province,and it is also an important mission of vocational education in manufacturing industry of Guizhou Province.Secondary vocational and technical education as the basic link of vocational education system,it is of great significance to explore the its reform and then to improve the quality of skilled talents.At present,the training mode of manufacturing talents in secondary vocational and technical colleges in Guizhou province has some problems,such as vague training objectives,single teaching form,imperfect teacher allocation,single teaching evaluation form and so on.The phenomenon of emphasizing theory over practice in school professional education still exists,which leads to the aggravation of the contradiction between supply and demand of social skilled talents.In order to solve this problem,the university workers have constantly innovated the teaching mode and method and achieved some results.The competency based education emphasizes that competence is the basis of teaching,and it is one of the vocational education models that determines the competency target from the demand of Vocational posts.It conforms to the training goal of vocational education talents.Therefore,it accords with the training goal of vocational education talents and has been paid more and more attention in the field of domestic vocational education.In the past research,the research and application of CBE mode mainly focused on the field of Higher Vocational and technical education at home and abroad,and mostly concentrated on the reform of talent training mode,professional system and curriculum system,which belongs to the macro-level exploration.However,there is little research on the practice and application of secondary vocational and technical education in manufacturing industry under the CBE mode.Up to now,the research of CBE model and its teaching method in vocational and technical education has reached maturity and achieved remarkable results.However,the practice and exploration of CBE model in vocational education of manufacturing industry needs to be perfected.Taking the electrical training course of secondary vocational school as an example,this thesis attempts to apply the CBE model to the teaching practice of the electrician training course in Guizhou secondary vocational school by mobilizing the strength of enterprises,teachers and students.Through the research methods of literature research,investigation,experiment,observation,the deficiency of the middle vocational electrician practical training course was analyzed in this thesis.Drawing lessons from the CBE model and combining with the research and implementation conditions,seven teaching practice steps,namely,the professional ability analysis,constructing ability chart,integrating knowledge system,mobilizing students' interest and motivation,training operation,special ability development and evaluation of practical training,were summed up and applied to the teaching practice of electrician training.The method of “thinking map” was used in the course of the research,aiming to guide the students to construct the theoretical knowledge system,grasp the integrity of the training course,strengthen the theoretical basis and the effect of guiding the practice.The empirical analysis method is used to verify the practical effect in this thesis.It is found that the practical teaching method guided by the CBE model does play a significant role in stimulating the students' learning motivation,improving the students' social ability,method ability,professional ability and so on.
