Design And Research Of Signage Guidance System In Commercial Complex Based On Kano Model From The Perspective Of Service Design

The construction of commercial complexes is formed in the context of the growth of social economy,the shortage of resources and the growing population of urbanized people.It is a large-scale building group integrating office,commercial,entertainment,residential and other functional spaces.Under the economic development mode with the focus of experiential economy,based on the service design concept,the emphasis on user experience has become the trend of the times.The signage guidance system is used as the information carrier of the commercial complex space environment and human dialogue.Its design rationality or not,closely related to user experience.In China,the design of signage guidance system of commercial complex has not yet formed a complete theoretical method system.Therefore,the design and research of signage guidance system of commercial complex has very important practical significance.From the perspective of service design,based on the application experience of Kano model in product design field,this paper proposes to apply Kano model to the design process of signage guidance system of commercial complex,using entropy method,relative satisfaction coefficient and demand sensitivity matrix.Such methods optimize and improve the Kano model.The design of parcel 2E2-3 project of Shanghai Harbour city is taken as an example to verify the availability of the improved Kano model in the design of commercial complex oriented marking system,which makes the design of signage guidance system of commercial complex more humanized standardized and rationalization.Through the research of this paper,it can play a positive role in the design of the signage guidance system of commercial complex,and at the same time it also plays a positive role in the related research on the design method of signage guidance system.
