| With the rapid development of urbanization,in order to meet the demand of land shortage in the urban center,the commercial complex began to develop into an underground three-dimensional one.At the same time,the rapid development of urban underground rail transit has also contributed to the development mode of "Metro +Commercial Complex",that is,the commercial complex in the subway station area,whose underground space has also become an organic link between the station and the upper building,It has high commercial potential.However,due to the special location of the underground space and the complexity of the commercial complex,the popularity of the underground space is low,or it is considered as a kind of "low-end" space in the user’s subconscious.The commercial value of the building space can be reflected in the flow of people and the rental price.As a result,the utilization results of the underground space of the commercial complex in the subway station area are still unsatisfactory.Therefore,this paper attempts to put forward the design of the guidance of Tonggao to the pedestrian group to increase the popularity of the interior space and explore the value.The underground space of the commercial complex in the subway station area has the dual attribute characteristics of "node space" in the urban dimension and "place space" in the architectural dimension.Therefore,when guiding the walkers,they are faced with accepting "passing" and "staying" traffic.Based on the basic theory,this paper combs the basic characteristics of the underground space of the commercial complex in the subway station area,extracts the key factors influencing the walking guidance in the space through the field survey after the questionnaire survey,and puts forward relevant design strategies on this basis,so as to improve the organizational ability of the space to the crowd behavior,improve the experience,improve the popularity,and more balanced and fully explore the ground Commercial value of underground space of railway station area commercial complex.The paper consists of the following seven parts.1.Propose the background of the study.This paper discusses the necessity of this research in the way of "current situation problem opportunity",expounds the purpose and significance of this research,and determines the research scope,method and framework.2.Study the basic theory related to this topic.It includes TOD theory,point axis system theory,road finding theory and environmental perception theory.The first two are the basis of the development and optimization of the underground space of the metro station area commercial complex.The second two guide the research content of this paper,walking guidance,and respectively elaborate the connotation characteristics of the four basic theories and the guiding role for this study.3.This paper analyzes the demand of pedestrian guidance in underground space of commercial complex in Metro Station area.Firstly,the connotation characteristics of the underground space of the subway station area commercial complex in the perspective of city and architecture are interpreted from the development level,and then the guiding connotation of walking is analyzed.Finally,the dual demand of pedestrian guidance for underground space of metro station area commercial complex is determined at the level of city and building.4.After the analysis of the case,the key factors of walking guidance in the research object are summarized,and the strategies are constructed.The case analysis consists of two parts: questionnaire and field survey.Through the questionnaire survey,the guiding elements of the underground space in the commercial complex of the subway station area that the users are concerned about are summed up,which is the framework and focus of the follow-up field survey.Then through the field research and analysis,the key factors of the design are summarized as the basis of the construction of design strategy.5.From the perspective of macro City,this paper puts forward the design objectives,principles and specific design strategies of walking guidance under the identity attribute of "node space".Including the combination of the current situation of the strategy and response to change in two aspects of the strategy.6.From the perspective of microcosmic architecture,this paper puts forward the design goals,principles and specific design strategies of walking guidance under the identity of "place space".It includes three strategies: reasonable streamline,enhanced logo and optimized experience.7.Summarize the whole paper.This paper expounds the main conclusions of the research in three aspects,summarizes the shortcomings of the article and looks forward to the future development. |
