The Chinese economy has entered a new normal economic model after the rough and high-speed development model at the beginning of the initial reform and opening up.The air economic form formed near the airport with aviation equipment as the core transport carrier may become a new regional economic model that focuses on cultivation and development.Therefore,it is necessary to study the formation path of airport economy.However,most of the existing literature use individual airport economic zones as templates to mechanically reverse the formation path of airport economy,and long-term neglect of the possible mismatch with individuals in the process of airport economy formation.Therefore,in order to better construct the formation path of the airport economy,this article takes a positive approach,that is,from the organic composition of the airport economy-the aviation carrier with the transport carrier as the core function,the airport area and the economic system to explore The formation path of the airport economy.Therefore,it gives the formation path of airport economy from the origin.In addition,the article also studies how the "new" attributes of aviation equipment and the airport economy are integrated with the evolution of people in the "old" paradigm during the formation of the airport economy.And try to analyze in the form of mathematical economy.This article is based on the logic of exploring how aviation equipment can enter economic activities,how aviation equipment participating in economic activities can make a geographical area heterogeneous,and how a heterogeneous geographical area forms a regional economic system.This article first provides an economic logical explanation for the need for aviation equipment that has the characteristics of fast speed,small size,small geographic space constraints,high and new technology,etc.,that is,the increase in the cost of time due to the increase in productivity per capita.The utility per unit time is maximized,and the time cost makes speed economy necessary.This article defines that it is profitable to meet this need,so that the products selected for air transportation are airport-oriented products,and the corresponding industries that produce airport-oriented products are airport-oriented industries.The economic activities of the air-oriented industry will produce industrial economic effects when using air transportation to transport goods.The use of air transportation for the consumption of regional products that are immovable anddifficult to copy will produce flow economic effects.Two economic effects All the geographical regions are heterogeneous-the formation of aviation airports,the formation of aviation airports makes the production of airport-oriented products in its airport area have a cost advantage,thereby agglomeration of airport-oriented industries,and thus contributed to the formation of airport economy.That is to say,the airport economy is based on the random combination of the industrial economic effects corresponding to the airport-oriented products and services and the flow economic effects corresponding to the regional products and services that are immovable and difficult to replicate due to the use of aviation equipment as the mode of transportation.And induced the formation of a specific regional economic system.The random combination of the two effects is one of them or both.Usually,both effects will exist,but there will be a focus and a priority.In this paper,the economic logic of the air transportation mode can enter the economic activities,and the formation path of the airport economy is as follows: 1.The speed economy has become the need of people;2.There are profitable airport-oriented products and air-direction products that choose air transportation.Regional products and services that are immovable and difficult to copy;3.Establish air airports in the vicinity of airport-oriented products and regional products and services that are immovable and difficult to copy;4.Air airports enable production of airport products in airport areas Air-oriented products have location advantages,so that the airport-oriented industries can be concentrated;5.Agglomeration effects,scale effects,and external economic effects can further agglomerate related industries and derivative industries,thereby forming a complex regional economic system,that is,the airport economy.Formation.Since aviation equipment and airport economic zone are newly created things,there is not enough existing relevant knowledge stock for potential people and legal persons to move into them for their determination to move into them.This article will introduce people's lack of understanding of the airport economy,and individuals' personal understanding and experience of the economic areas that already exist or are already engaged in production and life,as well as the social relationship system of the original living area and the sense of belonging due to familiarity.The factors hindering the formation of the airport economy fall into the category of limited reason.This type of resistance requires risk compensation and settling cost compensation,thereby hindering the formation of airport economy.This article analyzes in theform of bounded rationality.Finally,this paper uses the cost-benefit paradigm to establish a mathematical economic model to construct the formation path of the airport economy,and explores the economic connotation of the directional industries in the airport.It is concluded that economies of scale and external economy will further the airport economy Expansion,scale effect and external economic effect determine the evolution path and scope of the airport economy in the form of agglomeration and discrete forces;the directional industry of airport refers to the production of products that will be rapidly updated in the future market,have a large amount of product value per unit space,and require Long-distance transportation industry.In addition,this paper also establishes a mathematical economic model on the flow economic effect model.It is concluded that the higher the reserved value of people's immovable and difficult to copy regional products and services,the more beneficial it is to the formation of airport economy.This article assumes that individuals treat old things with old useful experience to understand and recognize new things.As a new type of economic zone,the airport economy is a new type of economic zone.The obstacle cost for individuals to move into the airport zone is the sum of the risk premium and the accumulated cost.If the social relationship system of the original living area and the sense of belonging due to familiarity are quantified as costs,the resistance to migration is greater.That is,limited rationality will hinder the formation of airport economy.The publicity and support of credible organizations and individuals for the airport economic zone will weaken the people and legal persons under the limited rational paradigm.
