Research On Improvement Of Evaluation System Of Prefabricated Building

Prefabricated building is the future development direction of China’s construction industry and the basic development concept of the country.What kind of building is a prefabricated building,which needs a unified standard to measure and an objective and accurate evaluation system to support it.To this end,the ministry of housing and urban-rural development promulgated《Standard for assessment of prefabricated building》GB/T 51129-2017 in 2017.The publication of the evaluation criteria has established a reference basis and a quantitative index for the development of prefabricated buildings in China.However,the evaluation criteria only simply put forward the index requirements.How to achieve the ultimate goal is not clear to many people.This paper aims to improve the evaluation system of prefabricated buildings.Firstly,the research results related to prefabricated buildings and evaluation system at home and abroad are summarized.Then,based on the status quo of prefabricated buildings in zhejiang province,the evaluation items,evaluation methods and evaluation scores are studied and improved.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is adopted to determine the evaluation score of the improved evaluation items.Finally,the evaluation system before and after improvement is compared through two project cases of different building types.The improved prefab evaluation system not only refines the evaluation items,but also takes into account the advantages of zhejiang construction industry in the development of steel structure buildings.The scores of concrete structure,steel structure and steel-mixed structure in the main structure are balanced.The research also describes the approaches,technologies and standards for achieving the ultimate goal of prefab architecture,Finally,an extensible and relatively objective evaluation system is established,To provide effective support for the development of prefabricated buildings in Zhejiang Province.
