As an important raw material of highway engineering,rubber asphalt can not only improve pavement performance and prolong service time,but also recycle used tires and effectively reduce environmental pollution.The preparation technology and gradation design of rubber asphalt play an important role in its performance,while the construction technology plays a decisive role in the quality of the project.Based on this,this paper summarizes the modification mechanism,influencing factors,performance evaluation criteria and gradation type of rubber asphalt through systematic review of domestic and foreign research results,and defines the theoretical basis and concept of the research problem.By ARAC-16 rubber asphalt mixture ratio design of target,the mineral aggregate gradation and under the constant quality,through the different ratio of the mixture ratio design of rubber asphalt mixture data analysis meet the target,and then through three different dosage of asphalt mixture ratio design of complete production and stability of high temperature,low temperature crack resistance,water stability,the depth of water penetration and construction measures such as suitable for the analysis of the test DaZhongXiu ARAR-16 rubber asphalt mixture production;Finally combining with the characteristics of raw materials,the rubber asphalt mixing,transportation,paving,rolling,etc.This paper expounds in detail the construction process,and put forward the key points of construction quality control,the process of paving road track testing to ensure the construction quality of DaZhongXiu road,also about the quality of the construction after the test,mainly includes the core thickness and degree of compaction,compaction degree,freeze-thaw splitting PQI,water seepage coefficient and structure depth and other performance and quality testing,for the rubber asphalt as reference for the application in the highway maintenance.
