Since the reform and opening up,China's economic level has steadily increased,with the gradual improvement of people's material life level,people's demand for infrastructure is also higher and higher.The high speed construction of highway speeds up the efficiency of logistics and transportation in China,and provides a strong impetus for the development of all walks of life.With the advent of the information age,the rapid development of e-commerce has higher requirements for transport conditions.In recent years,large scale civil engineering has increased the scope of highway planning and construction,and many backward areas and production areas have brought more economic benefits due to the improvement of traffic conditions.The development of transportation industry also increases the number of scrapped tires.If the waste tires can be added into the matrix asphalt to produce modified asphalt,not only can the production cost be reduced,but also the value of waste utilization can be improved,and the contribution to the environmental protection of our country can be made.It is of great practical significance to alleviate the environmental pressure and promote the economic development in China.The new rubber asphalt material in Tai'an,Shandong province is limited to the stress absorbing layer and the waterproof of the bridge deck.So far,the application of rubber asphalt in the mixture has not been completed yet.In view of the blank of this technical field and the advantages brought by the project,this paper focuses on the technical properties of rubber asphalt,the design of rubber asphalt SMA mixture ratio and road performance.Through the understanding of rubber asphalt mixture,increase its popularization and utilization in Shandong,Tai'an.Rubber asphalt SMA macadam mixture refers to the reasonable matching of rubber asphalt and traditional asphalt mastic macadam mixture into new asphalt concrete material.This new material overcomes the shortcomings of the previous asphalt pavement,and integrates the SMA debris to prolong the service life of the pavement and reduce the cracks on the pavement.It can effectively improve the quality of the highway in China and ensure the efficient operation of the transportation industry.In this paper,the physical properties,chemical properties,mixing ratio and actual effect of rubber modified asphalt and SMA mixture are analyzed.The main contents include:The main factors of the corresponding test method to detect rubber modified asphalt penetration index,penetration,equivalent brittle point,equivalent softening point,viscosity,softening point,ductility,etc.the main technical indexes of asphalt.mesh and the number of mixing temperature,mixing time and find the appropriate powder,based on the experimental data,this paper summarizes the safety value and the bearing cap acity of the asphalt pavement as the stress absorbing layer and the seal coat of the pavement.For example,the voidage of mixture and the gradation range of mineral material clearance rate etc.This paper verifies that rubber asphalt as adhesive has high temperature stability and low temperature cracking resistance,so it can be popularized in highway construction.This paper also describes the construction process of rubber asphalt pavement and the matters needing attention under different temperature and external environment;Finally,the pavement performance of rubber modified asphalt is summarized.Through the analysis of technical indicators of the research subject,the performance optimization of rubber asphalt in highway construction has played a positive role in promoting infrastructure construction in china.
