Study On The Road Performance Of Asphalt Rubber And Its Mixture

The problem of asphalt pavement temperature crack and accumulation permanentdeformation has plagued the engineers and researchers for a long time. With the developmentof economy，the scrap tires has brought out seriously environment pollution and resourceswaste problems. Especially in complex traffic environment of Hebei province，which haslarge climate environment differences，and the rubber asphalt research is just in its infancy. Asto scientific and reasonable production in outstanding application performance of rubberasphalt，not only can improve the asphalt pavement performance，solve the environmentpollution problems of scrap tires effectively，but also can promote the application of rubberasphalt mixture in Hebei province，so as to raise the asphalt pavement construction designlevel. Therefore，relying on LangCang Highway，to launch the research of rubber asphalt andits mixture has significantly theoretical and practical meaning.This paper firstly analyses the material composition and performance characteristics ofrubber asphalt，discusses the performance effect factors by the orthogonal experiment，combining with the traffic environmental characteristics in Hebei province, puts forwardrubber asphalt performance evaluation indexes. To meet the requirements of rubber asphaltmixture performance，taking Hebei province "Scrap Tire Rubber Asphalt And Its MixtureTechnology Standard" to reference， makes optimized choices through raw materialperformance test. Based on GTM research method of rubber asphalt mixture proportiondesign，regards the angle of internal friction and the cleavage strength of rubber asphaltmixture as control index, through numerous indoor experiments，studied the regularity ofinfluence on the performance of mixture, gave out suitable proportion design method andflow chart for rubber asphalt mixture in Hebei province. By SPT dynamic modulus test, lowtemperature constraints stress test，dynamic water erosion test and tensile test analyses theability of rubber asphalt mixture to resist permanent deformation and low temperature crack，water stability and anti-fatigue performance，studies has showed that the rubber asphaltmixture performed well in the pavement and satisfied the use requirement sufficiently.Finally， through the gallery paving of LangCang Highway, studied the constructioncraftwork and quality control technology of rubber asphalt mixture in Heibei province. Research results show that the rubber asphalt used in highway asphalt pavement has nice roadperformance，and is suitable for promotion in Hebei area.
