The competition in the building decoration engineering market is becoming increasingly fierce,and the market competition mechanism is not perfect,so that the bidding price is getting lower and lower.In order to survive and develop,construction enterprises have to cut down the bidding price and concede profits.Even if they win the final bid,the profit is very limited,which leads to the continuous decline of the profits of the whole enterprise.Under such circumstances,construction enterprises have to turn their attention to risk analysis and quotation strategy of bidding decision.This paper introduces the present situation and problems of bidding quotation for building decoration engineering,and the related theoretical basis,and analyses the characteristics of risk factors in bidding quotation decision.Through risk identification and risk assessment,the possible risks can be well coped with or even avoided.On the basis of risk identification and risk assessment of bidding decision,AHP is used to quantitatively analyze the risk factors of bidding decision for building decoration engineering,determine the weight of project risk factors,and then the total risk degree of project bidding decision is determined by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation from the whole point of view.This paper makes a comprehensive and scientific analysis and research on all the risk factors that may occur in the bidding decision of building decoration engineering,and adopts corresponding measures to reduce or avoid risks,and puts forward some suggestions on the risk control of bidding decision based on my own working experience.
