| In China,due to the continuous refinement of division of labor and the increasing global circulation of resource elements,supply chain has penetrated into every link of production and circulation.The development of supply chain has promoted the connection between the supply side and the demand side and promoted the development of economy to a higher quality.In addition,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and the cooperation among enterprises in the supply chain is also increasingly strengthened,which has a positive effect on the improvement of the operational efficiency and competitiveness of the supply chain.It can be seen that the implementation of supply chain management is increasingly important for the future development of enterprises.Small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises as the key nodes in the supply chain,in order to improve their core competitiveness,it is more necessary to change the concept of operation and management,optimize and perfect their internal supply chain cost management.The research content of this paper includes six parts.One is to review and sort out the theories of supply chain and internal supply chain cost management at home and abroad,and to seek the research methods suitable for this paper.Second,based on the relevant literature,it elaborates the supply chain and internal supply chain cost management theory related content;The third is to use case analysis and qualitative and quantitative analysis,taking H company as an example,to analyze its procurement,production,storage,sales link cost management problems;Fourthly,the SCOR model was introduced to diagnose and analyze the internal supply chain process and execution performance of H Company,and the existing problems were found.Then,the SCOR model was used as the guidance to optimize the internal supply chain process of H Company and establish a process evaluation system,and the effects before and after improvement were analyzed.Fifth,put forward relevant suggestions for the implementation of the optimization scheme in H Company;The sixth is to summarize the research situation,and finally put forward the research shortages and future prospects.The research results show that the application of SCOR model in H company can reduce costs and improve business efficiency.Combined with the specific actual situation of H Company,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for the implementation of the optimization scheme,including organizational reform,pilot operation,system,technology and human support. |
