With the in-depth development of economic globalization,more and more Chinese enterprises have seized the broad domestic and foreign markets in the process of world economic globalization,bringing unprecedented vitality and benefits to the development of enterprises.In recent years,the rise of technology communities such as cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,the Internet of Things,and block chain is subverting the traditional operation and management models of Chinese enterprises and bringing challenges to all walks of life.Under the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology,how to create higher benefits for the development and construction of enterprises and save more operating costs has become an urgent problem to be solved by the financial management department of enterprises.The financial shared service center is a new type of financial management model,and its implementation approach is mainly through the form of centralized management and control of the enterprise.Its purpose is to solve the repeated investment and low efficiency in the construction of financial functions of large group companies through an effective operation mode.Disadvantages,it can not only reduce the operating and management costs of the enterprise to the greatest extent,but also effectively improve the operation efficiency of the enterprise and ensure the good development trend of the enterprise.The W company selected in this article is in a critical period of development.There are many subordinate molecular companies.The company’s business volume is large and cumbersome.More than 100 financial workers are needed.Therefore,the construction of the financial shared service center is undoubtedly the best choice for W company.With the country’s vigorous support and construction of "new infrastructure",information technology has ushered in another innovation.This provides a technically strong guarantee for the establishment and upgrade of the financial shared service center.At the same time,W company also has many problems in the process of transformation and innovation of financial management,which requires the process optimization of the construction of its financial shared service center.Through the literature research method and case analysis method,this paper deeply analyzes the construction of W’s financial shared service center and the current problems,and proposes a practical and feasible process optimization plan.First of all,this article believes that strengthening the dual functions of control and service of the auto trading company is the best strategic positioning in line with W Company’s construction of a financial sharing center.Secondly,the original post settings and staffing of the center have been adjusted accordingly.First,cancel the first and second level audit positions,add expense audit posts,audit posts receivable and payable,revenue cost audit posts,and payment audit posts(including individuals loan).Determine the number of post employees by the ratio of the number of documents processed per month.Adjustments have been made in the two account processing procedures for expense reimbursement and fund payment.Ordinary documents are cancelled once,and the expedited documents skip the central audit post and are completed later.Change the original complicated and repetitive audit work,and enhance the audit flexibility.Again,in performance evaluation,we use the balanced scorecard model to optimize it.For the analysis of financial information system optimization,the article believes that perfect test cases,timely repair of vulnerabilities,and real-time monitoring and other methods can greatly improve the problems of existing financial information systems.The last is to improve the risk management and control system of the center.In terms of financial risks,special audits by the audit department should be strengthened,and the finance department should formulate a risk prevention and control system specifically for the financial sharing center.The operational risk level is mainly aimed at the data loss and leakage risks brought by the security of the financial sharing center system,which can be solved by the following software encryption strategies,permission control,important information encryption,and cloud service security architecture methods.This paper’s research on the process optimization of the W company’s financial sharing center can help solve the current problems of the W company’s financial sharing service center,thereby improving its operational effectiveness and service quality,making the center fully optimized and providing direction for its future development.In addition,this article also provides reference and experience for the construction and optimization of financial sharing service centers of other auto trading companies and similar enterprises.
