The Research On Research On Master Planning Of Provincial Forest City In Taoyuan County,Hunan Province

With the development of social economy,the earth resources are consumed and the ecological environment is destroyed seriously.The construction of forest city is very important to the ecological environment and has a great influence on the regional ecological balance.The common development of the forest and the city improves the ecological environment of the city.The social,economic and ecological benefits of TAOYUAN County can be realized by building the forest city.TAOYUAN County is located in the northwest of HUNAN Province,belonging to the mountain counties,rich in natural resources and beautiful environment.Efforts should be made to improve the local Greening Indicators,which is conducive to the development and construction of TAOYUAN County as a provincial forest city.The research of this paper is mainly based on the provincial forest city construction general planning project of TAOYUAN county,HUNAN Province.Firstly,it introduces the research background,related concepts of forest city and evaluation standards of forest city,introduces the research progress at home and abroad,and clarifies the research method,research purpose and technical route through the concept of forest ecology,near natural forest and sustainable development theory.In this paper,the comprehensive evaluation index system of TAOYUAN forest city is established by the method of theoretical analysis,literature search and expert consultation.The system consists of five system layers:urban forest network construction,urban forest health construction,urban forestry economic construction,urban ecological and cultural construction,urban forest management construction,and 28 specific indicators.The mathematical model of calculating index weight and evaluation index is established by using AHP,questionnaire survey and other technical means.The evaluation results show that the comprehensive evaluation value of the forest city in TAOYUAN county is 1.0577,which belongs to the first level.The construction level of the forest city is very good,and the comprehensive benefits are brought into full play.According to the local situation of TAOYUAN county,the overall layout of TAOYUAN county's forest city is planned to be "one core many-core,two screens many network,hundreds of villages and thousands of points",and the construction objectives of "beautiful,powerful,livable and happy TAOYUAN" are put forward.Finally,according to the construction content,the planning and research of creating a forest city in TAOYUAN county is carried out.The results show that TAOYUAN County has a better ecological environment,but most of the existing green space is scattered layout,there is no distinct matrix space,the overall ecological framework system is not complete;the experience of building a forest city is still in the primary stage,the vast number of residents do not have a deep understanding of the activities of building a forest city,and their ideology is not high.In the later stage,local characteristics are highlighted in combination with the local environment,and the construction of various projects in the forest city is planned reasonably.Strengthen leadership and supervision,establish assessment system,conduct regular inspection,each department performs its own duties,and each department should coordinate with each other in the construction of forest cities.
