With the rapid development of national economy and people’s living level graduallyimprove, each field to electric energy demand is more and more high. In order to meet thegrowing electricity demand, must enhance power system scale and improve the structureof the power system. Along with the power of the reform of the, under the background ofnew era, we must pay attention to the power grid construction, speed up the developmentof power grid. Power network planning in the power system construction in a veryimportant position. A plan is directly related to the electric power from power plant cansmoothly to the users, for the safe and stable operation of the system and the long-termdevelopment of the national economy has an important role. However, how to evaluate aplanning scheme is good or bad, how to achieve comprehensive, accurate evaluation.Therefore, power grid planning evaluation plays a decisive role. In view of the abovequestions, the main contents of this paper are as follows: the main contents of this paperare as follows:First of all, the power grid planning evaluation provides a detailed introduction. Onthe power grid planning evaluation research content, power grid planning evaluationcriteria, and discusses the concrete procedures of power grid planning evaluation. Basedon this, this paper introduces the network assessment method, and some are introduced indetail in this paper used fuzzy hierarchical analysis method.Secondly, according to the characteristics of the power grid, and earnestly analyze thepresent situation of the power grid and regional characteristics, the establishment of meetthe power grid planning criteria evaluation index system. In distribution network planningas evaluation content, proposed the reasonable distribution network evaluation system,and introduces in detail the system each index. Then, choose one in the power gridplanning as a case, this paper studies the method of application of the region’s threescheme is evaluated. Case analysis proves the feasibility and practicability of this method.Finally, combined with power grid planning evaluation research results, withreference to other power system planning support software, developed a set of power gridplanning evaluation system, and applied in practice in the power system. To structure and functions of this system in detail, and introduces the concrete operation process in thesystem.
