Research On Quality Evaluation Index System Of Water Transport Engineering

Water transport engineering is Public Basic engineering that not only affecting national economic development and the living standard of people but also marking the degree of modernization.Our country is in a period of rapid development of economic construction.Against this background the national is in the duration of the investment and construction boom.However,the quality problems continue to plague the scheduled delivery of water transportation projects and affect the expected realization of benefits in practice of water transportation construction projects.The main reason is the lack of scientific and effective control means of government,and we need a more comprehensive Quality Evaluation Index System of Water Transport Engineering and scientific Quality Assessment Model to solve this problem.In view of this situation,This article carried out the research on Quality Evaluation Index System of Water Transport Engineering.Due to the wide coverage of Water Transport Engineering,this article will pick Wharf Project,Waterway Regulation Project and Navigation Lock Project as a research object.The author learn from existing quality evaluation system at home and abroad to build a standardized,normalized and highly workable quality evaluation system of Water Transport Engineering.In order to obtain scientific and effective index system,the article apply the "Delphi " to constructing index system according to the stepped structure.Given the multi-level quality evaluation system and the fuzziness of expertise,the author chose the method of combination giving-weight-value that uniting TFAHP and experts grading method to calculate the weight,meanwhile,the author will use MATLAB to process large amounts of data.Based on the characteristics of the original data and the index system,the article will construct a mathematical model level according to the level and established evaluation criteria with reference to norms to form the quality evaluation model that can reflect the overall quality of water carriage project.Finally,the article apply research achievements to evaluating the construction quality of a regional water transport,and put forward reasonable proposals.
