| Since the implementation of urban residential area planning and design standard(2018Edition)in December 2018,a new standard has been presented for the scale division of urban residential area,that is,the scale of residential area is divided according to the standard of different scale life circles,and then corresponding public service facilities are configured according to the living circle of different scale.However,for Lanzhou,a city with more mountainous areas,there are different degrees of height difference and slope in Mountainous Residential areas,so the travel time cost will increase,and there are great differences with flat residential areas.Therefore,how to divide the scale and public service design of Mountainous Residential Areas Based on the concept of living circle The configuration of implementation has become a difficult problem,and the research field is still blank.First of all,based on the new version of "urban residential area planning and design standards"(2018),taking the current situation of the construction of mountain residential areas in Lanzhou as an example,this paper selects five typical mountain residential areas,and makes a detailed investigation and spatial layout of the site design status,traffic organization status,education,culture,medical care and outdoor activity sites of these five research objects Analysis on.Then,it designs the questionnaire for the residents of five mountainous residential areas,respectively surveys the convenience of the existing public service facilities and the daily travel and activity characteristics of residents in the area,and analyzes the problems and deficiencies of the five areas combined with the site status and the results of the questionnaire survey.Finally,according to the problems,the paper puts forward the corresponding scientific methods to divide the mountainous residential areas according to the living circle,and puts forward the principles of the spatial allocation of public service facilities in the mountainous residential areas according to different situations.In order to ensure the scientificalness and applicability of the research,the proposed methods and principles are used to divide the scale and optimize the layout of public service facilities of the three typical mountainous residential areas with big problems in the five selected areas,so as to achieve the purpose of facilitating the residents in each area of the area,and the allocation of public service facilities in the Mountainous Residential Areas Based on the living circle is concluded Following the concept of adjusting measures to local conditions,people-oriented and open sharing,the relevant methods and conclusions put forward in this paper provide the corresponding basis and reference for the allocation of public service facilities in Mountainous Residential Areas of Lanzhou City,and also provide ideas for the planning and construction of more urban Mountainous Residential Areas and the allocation of advertising service facilities. |
